The property was clean and had a well equiped kitchen. 200 yards from the beach entrance and a 2 minute drive to Tesco's. A nice walking distance from the town centre along the prom without being too far.
Staying in January meant the heating got a workout and the ground floor bedroom radiator didn't match the rest of the house for temperature, I'm assuming it was the last rad on the circuit hence it being only slightly warm. Luckilly the ground floor ensuite rad seemed to be the first on the circuit and was hot enough to offset the issue as long as the door was left open. I suspect this will not be an issue for the summer months when the aircon will be getting the use.

The location of the property is excellent and the space is brilliant for a family getaway. The toys and colouring box for children is so nice to find when you arrive. It’s always lovely to find bread and milk in the fridge, so you can enjoy a cup of tea while unpacking.
The pillows were a little flat and uncomfortable

Owner facilitated early check in which was appreciated and plenty of parking. Even the weather was better yhan expected!
