Very nice property in excellent location.

The property was in an excellent location with less than a five minute walk to town centre and beach. The property was clean and spacious and well decorated to suit the type of building.

The parking is advertised as free parking, however there is only 3 small spaces for four apartments and we had to park a distance away on a couple of occasions due to inconsiderate parking by other residents. The street parking outside of the premises is constantly full due to parking by people from other properties and businesses..

Clean tidy the owner was helpful with the parking location was good creative with the space Overall, it was a nice stay

Floors very slippery for us, and the dogs mattress reminded me of my grandma's bed. Very soft. noise from the neighbour dog walking in the flat next to ours parking was tight unfortunately our neighbour smoked so it smelt in the house as we had to open the windows due to hot weather also there dog was allowed to roam the shared communal passageway unsupervised Also there are a lot of steep steps

Excellent location,close to beach and town but spoilt by the uncomfortable beds. Overall acceptable for the price.

The beds are so uncomfortable, soggy mattresses and missing bed slats. Barely adequately equipped kitchen, would be hard going to self cater for a family, very limited pots and pans. 9.30 checkout is early, although understand the cleaners need to get in.

Cosy, well equipped and great location for end of school break.

Wifi was dodgy but that seems to be the case in Hunstanton generally. Main bed was a bit soggy but other beds were fine.

Roomy, clean, well appointed and very central place to stay in Hunstanton

We booked flat number 1 (downstairs} at the last minute as our airBnB fell through 2 days before our scheduled break. The host got in touch with us promptly and made sure we had precise instructions on how to retrieve the key card upon arrival. The flat was immaculately clean, the bedding was fresh. It is very roomy and very thoughtfully equipped. It's a 2 mins walk from the town centre and 2 mins to the seafront. We would definitely stay there again.

The beds/sofabeds' mattresses could be more comfortable.

The parking issue was of real concern, on the first night I paid the hotelier next door to park.

The property was clean and as described although the beds were uncomfortable, sinking in the middle.

We were travelling in a classic car and one reason for booking was the promise of free parking. However, this was misleading. The property comprises of 4 units and there are only three parking spaces within the property confines and all were occupied by other guests during our stay. There is public on street parking but we had to drive around in circles waiting for someone to move before we could park keeping our vehicle in view. The description of the parking is completely incorrect. Although of no particular concern to us the claim of sea views was somewhat tenuous, see attached photographs.

cottage we stayed was quaint and near the beach and all amenities which was excellent.

1. parking wasn’t available as advertised as it’s first come first serve basis which is not advertised. we had to fork out 32£for our stay which is very expensive 2. Put u bed they have added for our teenager was like a sheet of paper. had to go to nearby shops to buy bedding and pillows 3. stains in the bed 4. wifi or 4G is very bad so owner replied late but no use about the solving the issues

Top floor has good views and is well laid out, location is very good with a late night tesco 5 minutes down the road so never had to worry about not having anything in

One of the door keys didnt work which was a bit restrictive, parking is tight and limited at the back of the property - first come first served - and although you can park out front its often full - so we used the side roads around the back of the property.
