Superb, friendly, homely

It was like home from home, everything you needed was provided and more. Games, all the cooking equipment,TV, internet, coffee machine, decking area, plenty of space, and the decor was unique and very cosy.

We’ll be back for longer than just a night next time

Best spot to stay - 5 minutes walk to the beach, amusements and Sallys fish n chips. Great size caravan, lovely decor and host communicated clearly so check in was super easy

The caravan was very nice and the park it self is nice

I felt it was not fair to pay for passes for the restaurant and entertainment as there was not much offered there is only one restaurant and very long waits The entertainment was minimal and was not enough for children or adults The swimming pool was clean but small and not a very long slot

Fabulous holiday

Caravan was lovely and clean and in a brilliant location on the park, not too close to the main entrance. Everything that you could need was provided including some lovely extras: tea, coffee, sugar, uht milk, hand soap, toilet roll and even cookies. It really was home from home and we would definitely use the caravan again. Communication with the owner was excellent.

We had a great stay, and would certainly return here.

The location of the caravan was excellent, close to the beach and a 15 minute walk to the centre of Hunstanton. We had to pay an extra charge to use the facilities on the site (swimming pool, restaurant, bar), but these were very good and worth the money. The caravan itself was very well equipped, the kitchen had all the appliances you would need, including a full size gas cooker. The bedrooms were compact, but well supplied with storage space. The living room was large with 2 large settees, large tv and a Nintendo Wii games console. The free wifi was excellent, fast enough for streaming movies, etc. We only stayed for 3 nights but we really enjoyed it and would heartily recommend this for a holiday stay.

We couldn't use the parasol on the veranda as the securing screw on the base was rusted up so we could not undo it. Just needs some WD40!

No towels

Overall, good property. There a lot of facilities, you can find many useful things there.

2 bedrooms with single beds are really small, more like for kids than adults, but that is not the reason for low rating. The host does not provide towels, which is in my opinion an essential, default thing to provide in a rental accommodation for 1 night. They sent a message after I paid that there will be no towels, but I didn't read these messages before the day of arrival. The reason why they don't provide towels is because people steal them, well, I guess it happens but is it my problem? If I'm coming from a different country for a holiday trip, should I really take my own bath towels with me for the whole family? I think it's absurd! Last but not least, we didn't have WiFi for the whole stay because they misspelled the password in the instruction and we couldn't connect.

Relaxing and very comfortable caravan.

Nicely furnished, the most comfy 'home from home' caravan I've ever stayed in. Host was helpful and speedy in responding to my messages. Lots of bonus bits, like soap at every sink, plenty of loo rolls, even cling film and and zip lock bags. Heating is excellent and we were warm despite the cold windy weather..
