Other things to note
IMPORTANT EXTRAS AVAILABLE TO YOU:

POOL HEATING is available for one-time fee of $200 (for up to 7 nights). Pool heating must be added and paid for at the time of booking please notify your host. HIGHLY recommended during months of October-May as temps drop quite dramatically at night, pool water is cold.

• BICYCLES available for you & your group to use during your stay. Sizes and styles will vary due to replacements, repairs, etc.

• GRILL USE & CLEANING: If Grill is used during your stay, you will need to clean grill for the next guest's use. If the grill is used and not cleaned, a $50 fee will be charged to check-out billing by cleaning staff. Please do the following:
• wash grills
• throw away all ashes
• remove grease from grease pan [under grill]
• fully wipe down

• BABY HIGH CHAIR in garage (garage)

• Going out? Maybe a hike to Joshua Tree? We have an ICE COOLER on site for your use (garage). Please rinse out, and return to garage once done.

• Are you WORKING REMOTELY or DISTANT LEARNING? We have a desk area in the master bedroom.
