Perfect for families to enjoy the oversized pool and heated spa, patio, and Patio BBQ grill. This home is baby friendly and equipped with a high chair, crib, playpen, utensils and a toddler bench.

The space
Casa agave is fully equipped to enjoy your vacation and getaway with family and friends. A total of 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms comfortably accommodates 8 adults, 2 kids+ 1 baby/toddler.
Backyard
The backyard has an oversized salt water pool and jetted heated spa. Spa heating is complimentary. At night a beautiful illuminated agave landscape comes to life. The custom patio has an integrated BBQ grill and plenty of outdoor seating to appreciate the mountain view. For convenience, there is an outdoor sink, shower, and private urinal.
Kitchen/Living Room and Dining room
A fully equipped kitchen to cook, bake make any meals. Living room has an 85 inch tv and integrated Bluetooth speakers to enjoy the music of your choice. Dining room- A Mexican inspired dining space with equipal chairs imported from Jalisco, Mexico and a beautiful accent wall of an agave field.
Bedrooms
Bedroom 1- King bed, Twin XL, baby crib and private full bathroom.
Bedroom 2- A full bed in addition a bunk bed with a Queen bed on the bottom, full bed on top and dedicated workspace.
Bedroom 3- 1 queen bed and a dedicated workspace. All closets have wood hangers and all bedrooms have blackout shades.
Bathrooms
Includes bath towels, make-up towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, blow dryer and Q-tips.
Parking
Driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles. Additional public parking is available. Garage is not available.
Outdoor rules
Quite hours are from 10pm-8am. Outdoor music/noise must be kept low.

Spa heating is complimentary with your stay.
Pool heating fees
$150/day. September-April
$100/day. May
No heating June-August
For pool heating we would need 48 hour notice prior to check in to ensure pool is heated before your arrival. A 2 day minimum and fee must be paid ahead of check in. Host will send a request for the amount.
Pool/spa gets cleaned every Monday and Friday. There are windy days that will cause leaves to fall in the pool. We do our best to keep it as clean as possible.

Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon request. First hour is $50 and then $20 for every hour after that and is subject to approval. For late check, out please notify host a day before no later than 8pm to check availability.
NO SMOKING inside house policy. Outdoors is allowed. $1000 fee will be applied for violation.
No pets allowed, only exceptions are service animals.

Other things to note
For security reasons, there are surveillance cameras installed only on the exterior of the property. One in front of the driveway, a ring doorbell at the front door and one above the equipment for the pool (Pool pumps, filter, heater etc.) . Noise monitors are installed to ensure noise levels do not exceed city ordinance rules. Guest will be given a warning if noise exceed limits.
LIABILITY WAIVER - By making your reservation you and the other members in your party as THE GUESTS agree to release THE HOSTS from all liability, including financial responsibility relating to injuries & personal property damage that may occur during your stay. You understand that using the pool, hot tub, hiking and climbing anywhere on the property is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with using the pool/hot tub and hiking and/or climbing. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising while on the property and hold owner harmless.

Host was very communicative from booking, to check in, to check out, and always responded within a couple hours at most. The place itself was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking and cleaning. Great pool and outdoor area, which was the selling point for us. We used the grill to cook dinner and it was clean and fully functional. Also, the host took care of all the cleaning, and didn’t have a list of things to do for them before check out like a lot of places typically expect of their guests; we made sure to clean up the best we could before leaving anyway, but good hospitality nonetheless. I would stay here again.

Loved this place! The yard is perfect…pool, hot tub, tanning chairs, grill, outdoor kitchen and more. Plenty of room inside, with comfortable beds, and extremely clean. Additionally, the host was very easy to communicate with.

Amazing property,really nice layout. We will be back next year. Really nice, clean grill. Kitchen well stocked with anything you may need. Host was very responsive and accommodating, easy check in and out.
