Welcome to your private desert escape — a solar-powered retreat with a heated pool, bubbling spa, and stunning mountain views. Cook in the fully equipped chef’s kitchen, stream your favorites on the smart TV, or lounge under the pergola by the fire pit. Whether you’re here for family fun, a golf getaway, or desert adventures, this home blends resort-style luxury with all the comforts of home.
The space
This single-story retreat offers 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a spacious open floor plan. Highlights include a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, indoor-outdoor living with direct pool access, and a resort-style backyard with pergola, fire pit, BBQ grill, and heated spa.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive use of the entire home and the private backyard oasis. Enjoy full access to the heated pool (Additional fee), spa, outdoor kitchen, and lounge areas.
Other things to note
Local Compliance: This property has special local compliance requirements, including a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1,500 security hold (not a traditional deposit, just a pending transaction).
Damage Waiver (Optional):
Up to 10 nights: $59
11–20 nights: $59 + $4/night over 10 nights
Over 20 nights: $200 + $4/night over 20 nights

Pool heating requires 24 hours to reach temperature; do not touch pool equipment—any damage is at guest’s expense.
Music: Allowed outdoors until 10:00 PM. Small portable speakers only; no large speakers, DJ equipment, or karaoke machines outdoors.
No Smoking: Strictly inside the house. $1,000 fee for violations.
Maintenance Access: By booking, you acknowledge and give permission for the pool and/or hot tub to be serviced twice a week and for the gardener to access the backyard once a week for routine maintenance. These services may occur during your stay.
