Places of peace, the bedrooms offer private TVs, soft linens, and ample natural lighting. With perks like central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and internet access - all of your daily needs will be met.
Things to Know
The Palms condominium will be under construction from October 2025 through February 2026. Construction workers and equipment will be on site during this time period. Walkways and access, as well as parking, may be blocked and rerouted as needed. Construction noise will be audible during daytime working hours. Dust will also be airborne during work involving grinding and drilling.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

It was a great view of the gulf. The chairs were great to relax in on the patio after a fun day at the beach. We lucked out with some chairs for the beach and floats for the water. All the appliances worked great for the little cooking that we did. The beds were comfortable after a long day having fun. This unit is convenient to a lot of fun things to do and also relaxing to just hang out. We look forward to our next time to Orange Beach.

Great layout and space in the condo. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Balcony had plenty of seating and we enjoyed the view every day!

We had a great stay although some things needed to be fixed or communicated. The table in the living room was broken as well as the glass on the side table wasn’t properly on the secured on the table. We also were not told the code to get back into the condo from the each access, and the code to get into the bathrooms downstairs. overall great condo easy to check in and was not too crowded.
