The condominium amenities include a beachside outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, sauna, grill area, tennis court, sun deck, fitness room, and private beach boardwalk.
This vacation rental offers guests a prime location you won't find anywhere but here. Drive less than a mile west and visit downtown Orange Beach where you will find a plethora of dining options for all tastes. Highway 59 is home to an array of family-friendly options and activities that include the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, The Track, The Park at OWA, Waterville USA, and more! If you're looking for an outdoor adventure, make sure to visit the Gulf State Park with multiple trails for outdoor activities. Orange Beach Marina and Zeke's Marina offer fishing charters, dolphin cruises, and watersport rentals.
THINGS TO KNOW
The Palms condominium will be under construction from October 2025 through February 2026. Construction workers and equipment will be on site during this time period. Walkways and access, as well as parking, may be blocked and rerouted as needed. Construction noise will be audible during daytime working hours. Dust will also be airborne during work involving grinding and drilling.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful condo for our summer vacation, and it truly exceeded our expectations!
From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how incredibly clean and well-maintained the entire place was. It felt so welcoming and comfortable, making it easy to settle in right away. The layout was absolutely perfect for our family, with three spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms. This meant everyone had their own private space, which was a huge plus for a relaxing vacation.
One of the absolute highlights was the beautiful balcony. It quickly became our favorite spot, offering the perfect setting to enjoy our coffee every morning and unwind in the evenings. The views were lovely, and it truly enhanced our vacation experience. We would, without a doubt, stay at this place again!
We have only a couple of minor suggestions, which are hardly negatives, but perhaps just ways to make an already fantastic stay even better. A few more throw rugs, especially near the entryways, would have been helpful. With daily trips to the beach, it was a bit challenging to keep the sand from spreading, even with regular sweeping. Additionally, a few extra towels would have been a nice touch. However, we managed perfectly fine by washing the towels provided, and it didn't detract from our enjoyment of the week.
Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo. It was truly perfect for my family, and we made some wonderful memories.

My two friends and I were so pleased with the condo. Wraparound porch was fantastic. Loved being able to open the sliding doors to let the sound of the gulf flow in. Overall, Five stars.

So it was a great condo with beautiful views. The welcome pack though lacked. We told them a family of 8 were staying and we only got 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher pods, and 3 packs to wash clothes. I figured they would accommodate us alittle more. There was nothing to clean the counters with, no actual soap to mop the floors from the grit of traveling all week being we like to be clean. There was no salt or pepper shackers available. The sheets on the pull out couch were not cleaned. Floors didn't seem mopped all that great when entering the first time. The gym also isn't as the pictures show. Only have treadmills. Those are the big things for me. As of location and balcony everything was great. Easy access to the beach. As of staying here again I probably wouldn't.
