The Palms condominium will be under construction from October 2025 through February 2026. Construction workers and equipment will be on site during this time period. Walkways and access, as well as parking, may be blocked and rerouted as needed. Construction noise will be audible during daytime working hours. Dust will also be airborne during work involving grinding and drilling.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The condo was beautiful and clean, and the view is amazing! It was perfect for our family! We would absolutely stay again! Only minor problem was that the master tub did not drain properly, but there was never anyone in the office. Regardless of that, we had a wonderful stay.

Really cute place. The paint and furniture were fresh, comfy and cozy. Great beach access. Wonderful gulf front view. Situated perfectly to enjoy dining and nightlife. As well as groceries and shopping. We will be back!

I selected this property due to the seating on the balcony. I knew we wouldn’t have much sunlight hours on the beach due to work but wanted to comfortably enjoy the wind and waves from the condo. The balcony was our favorite place in this unit!!
The photos are well done and really sold me on this unit. Unfortunately there were several issues that I couldn’t see when booking. The couch was DISGUSTINGLY dirty. We had to cover it with a blanket and some extra pillow cases from the bedroom in order to use it. There was mold in both showers as well as on the vents in multiple bedrooms. There was greasy dust above and on the cabinets in the kitchen. This unit has a lot of potential but must have a deep clean otherwise it won’t have repeat travelers.
