We had a great stay at this unit! It had everything we needed for our week vacation. My only complaints are a super uncomfortable mattress in the guest bedroom, EXTREMELY squeaky bathroom door in the guest bedroom, and the tile on the tub of the master bathroom was missing. Overall great stay.

The stay was amazing and the property is in a great location for the beach and being near Gulf Shores as well. The check in was miserable!!! We arrived after hours and needed to check in at the guard shack but the check in procedures from VRBO are incorrect for this property. Turquoise Place security was well aware of this issue from past rentals. Please look into having Vacasa update your check in procedures to send an email to the property with the unit number and dates of the stay. We were at the guard shack for nearly an hour at 1am trying to get someone with authority from Vacasa on the phone to send this email. No one from Vacasa seemed authorized to do this and they kept reading me the incorrect check in procedure per Turquoise Place.

When we arrived and checked in at 4pm the cleaning people where still there. There was no bedding, sheets or towels. We had to call Vacasa and then wait around during our vacation for the sheet people, then the towel people. The dishes where all in the dish washer and still dirty so we had to hand wash all the dishes. The hot tub was only 3/4 full so you could not turn it on. There was no hose anywhere we could find. The master shower is awesome once you figure it out. The place was clean besides marks on the wall but I understand people bring carts in etc. If we got there and everything was done right it be a 5 star no problem at all. I would stay there again if I was promised it was 100% ready. At 7k or so you figured it be 100% ready. Overall we had a great time.
