Turquoise place C-603 is a Brand new, privately owned, and professionally decorated 6th floor unit. It is 2300 square feet and has 3 Bedroom with 3.5 baths. This unit has been equipped with wonderful upgrades and is located in the newest building at Turquoise Place. The Master bedroom has a King Bed, 2 Full Beds in the 2nd guest room and 2 Queen Beds in the 3rd guest room and sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit will sleep up to 10. Super clean and ready for your relaxing beachfront vacation in this new condo. Pristine South and East views of the beach, gulf, and Perdido Pass from your private, 400+ square foot balcony. The Outdoor Jacuzzi hot tub is located on your balcony with access from the master bedroom. You will not look into another condominium building from this unit. Natural gas grill and sink on your private balcony. Free WiFi, listen and charge your iPad/iPod/iPhone on the iHome music player in the living room. High-end appliances in kitchen and laundry room include Sub-Zero, Wolf, Kitchen Aid and Whirlpool. This unit has the comforts of home, it has been stocked it with high-end kitchen and cookware. Enjoy a great sleep on any of the Enso brand memory foam mattresses. Pros: Check in process was super easy. 2 parking passes with 1 designated but second space easily obtained. 3bedrooms with 3 baths which was great for teens One bedroom had a broken bed frame. Called property management and someone came out in about an hour and fixed it perfectly.Location was great. Staff very nice!Chair service with fees listed! And numberEasy beach access Hot tub was nice, pools and lazy river were a hit. Never waited too long on an elevator. Hot water in showers even with all showering. Beds and furniture comfy, washing machine worked fine, ice machine filled the Stanley cups with good ice! Cons:If you have a huge truck/ car, you may not fit in the parking deck. My Yukon did fine. The kitchen needs some extra loving. No pizza pan, limited utensils,and pots/ pans. Toaster sticks. Keurig did not work and kept over flowing cups even on small cup setting. Roaches at night on the balcony (we think under the hot tub?) Nothing that ruined the trip… just a fyi.

Unit was spacious and good for our family to spread out but it had clearly not been cleaned well from previous guests. Coffee maker broken. One of the beds was creaky and possibly broken. Could use some updates inside. Couldn't use several of the amenities (pool, lazy river, slide) so feel the price should better reflect,
$$$$
