Clean, nice home decor, functional, quiet, easy access to the old port

L'appartement (situé au troisième étage par escaliers) est joliment décoré, très bien équipé et la présence d'échantillons pour la salle de bain et la cuisine (y compris des dosettes de café) est très appréciable. La literie est confortable.
L'insonorisation est assez mauvaise. Pas tant avec le reste de l'immeuble, très calme pour les trois nuits de semaine que j'y ai passées, qu'avec l'extérieur : j'ai été réveillée plusieurs fois dans la nuit chaque nuit par des bruits d'engins type camionnette avec des radars de recul et autres bruits. Par ailleurs, si l'appartement est très bien situé entre la gare et le vieux port, la rue n'est guère engageante et tous les marseillais rencontrés m'ont totalement déconseillé de rentrer seule après 22h.

Ein wirklich schönes, kleines Apartment, mit allem, was man braucht. Sauberkeit war sehr gut, das Bett bequem. Das Apartment liegt in einem wirklich netten, lebendigen Viertel. Obwohl mein Partner einen leichten Schlaf hat, schlief er sehr gut – es ist also ruhig Nachts. Es waren sogar Kaffeekapseln für den ersten Tag vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
Über ein Geschirrtuch, Salz und Öl in der Küche hätten wir uns gefreut, aber das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau – das gibt es in solchen Apartments ja kaum noch.

Bedroom was comfortable.
Apartment on third floor - no lift. Problem with sink - reported. Not in a pleasant neighbourhood - people congregating outside and on the door step of the main door to the building.
