The fact that it’s super central. The location is fantastic. WC is amazing. If you go for a vacation like us and just sleep and have one or two meals, I think the apartment is sufficient and with good value for money.
It’s in need of work, the bed is super uncomfortable and some items like the fan are super dirty. There are 2 flights of stairs, not adapted to people with low mobility.
