Amazing! Would recommend to anyone!

Very clean could say it was spotless, everything was perfect and very comfortable with all the facilities we needed and more, and a lovely breakfast and coffee in the morning. The location was great as well, only 1 train ride away from Milan city centre, 100% recommend.

Fijne B&B die vriendelijk geprijsd is en heel schoon

Om Milaan te bezoeken is dit een prima uitvalsbasis. Het treinstation ligt op 10 minuutjes lopen en met 20 minuten ben je in het centrum van Milaan. Wij bezochten de Olympische spelen, de schaatsarena was bij de Fiera en dat was maar 2 haltes met de trein. Er zijn 3 kamers, wij hadden kamer 3 en onze badkamer was in onze kamer. Kamer 1 en 2 hebben de badkamer naast hun kamer maar moeten 4 stappen over de gang. Er is een gemeenschappelijke woonkamer/keuken. Alles is super schoon! Bedden zijn prima. Verwacht een Italiaans ontbijt beneden in Bar Leo bestaande uit croissants met verschillende vullingen, pistache was mijn favoriet. Verder koffie/thee/jus d’orange. Het restaurant il Conte ligt op 4 min lopen en is een aanrader! Heerlijk gegeten voor een leuke prijs.

Ik miste alleen wat haakjes om bijvoorbeeld je jas aan op te hangen.

Ottima soluzione per chi visita la fiera, Andrea è stato gentilissimo la struttura era accogliente camera spaziosa bagno privato e una zona comune presso la quale si poteva anche lavorare su un tavolo. Ogni giorno c'era dell'acqua in omaggio e la colazione era soddisfacente.

CONSIGLIATISSIMO! Struttura e posizione top per fiera !

La posizione è ottima per chi vuole arrivare in Fiera in 10/15minuti, parcheggio su strada ma con posti riservati ai clienti, ottima colazione, Camera molto carina e di dimensioni giuste , si ha anche a disposizione un'area ristoro tv condivisa....Andrea molto gentile e disponibile! CONSIGLIATISSIMO

Hygiene en comfort

Het verblijf was uitstekend! Locatie is goed, met privé parkeerplaatsen aan de straatzijde en alle voorzieningen in de buurt. Veiligheid is prima geregeld met een poort, en daarachter een stevige toegangsdeur. Elk kamer heeft een eigen slot. De kamer en badkamer waren superschoon, modern en strak ingericht. Het bed lag comfortabel, met rolluiken en sterke airco voor een fijne nachtrust. Extra Grote badhanddoeken en sterke waterstraal waren een pluspunt. Verrassend vond ik dat de badkamer niet ín de kamer zat, maar direct naast de kamer aan de gedeelde hal. Gelukkig heeft elke kamer wel zijn eigen privébadkamer. Dus er is geen gedeelde badkamer. Roken op balkon mogelijk. De gastheer was super vriendelijk en reageerde snel. Het ontbijt leek eenvoudig, maar was erg lekker – met koffie en croissants naar keuze. een schoon, veilig en comfortabel verblijf met een fijne gastheer. Absoluut een aanrader voor wie in deze omgeving wil verblijven.

de douche was wat krap, de vele trappen maken het verblijf minder geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn, en de inductieplaat in de keuken mocht niet gebruikt worden.

La chambre était confortable et très propre.

La salle de bain privative mais non communicante donnant face à la pièce commune et partagée par tous les occupants. Le petit déjeuner était très bon mais composé seulement d’une boisson chaude, croissant et jus de fruit. Pas suffisant copieux.

Apartament curat si gazde de nota 10!

Apartamentul este foarte curat si arata exact ca in poze! Gazdele amabile si mereu deschise sa va ajute! Este o optiune perfecta daca calatoriti cu masina (exista parcare la proprietate) si daca doriti sa vizitati Milano sau Elvetia! De asemenea, cazarea nu este departe de aeroport si de oras. La micul dejun am servit o cafea autentica cu croissant si suc fresh de portocale, exact cum se cere intr-o vacanta in Italia! Recomand aceasta cazare cu drag!
