The place is definitely value for money!

Cosy place with nice location. There is a parking. Very comfortable bathroom with all you need. Even tissues. A lot of space near the sink to place your items. It was warm, bathroom has underfloor heating.

The doors to the rooms are very light and you can hear everything what happens in the corridor. During our stay wasn’t a lot of movements, but when was it was very noticeable. The breakfast is very simple, no hot food.

Loved it and would stay again!

Lovely spot near Milano. The balcony was a pleasant surprise. Giuseppe the host was very hospitable and helped us w operating the coffee maker and orange juice press.

Breakfasts had many pre packaged items. Wished for some fresh panini! Although his brother in law s home bread was delicious.

Description very inaccurate

Apartment was lovely and well presented

Unfortunately the description of the place is very inaccurate. It’s not a bed and breakfast that offers an international or continental breakfast. There is a coffee macchine and just afew packets of things to eat. The owner did leave some juice and water in the fridge which was nice but No fresh croissants like a previous guest had written. There are no coffee shops or anything on site. The owner was pleasant but knew nothing about the mini golf and other activities that were written on the property description. I purposely booked this apartment as my mother was staying alone with two children as we went to a concert and it would have given her something to do with them. The apartment was nice but personally I thought it was quite expensive for €160 seen as there were not the things promised on the description.

Everything about Illuvia exceeded our expectations.The on-site parking was also a bonus. Guisseppe was a first class host. On a personal note, I left my glasses behind, and Guisseppe has arranged for them to be shipped back to the UK.

Exceptionally friendly host. He didn't speak English, but was so exceptionally well using Google translate that we didn't feel the language barrier at all.

Although both rooms were advertised as having an air conditioner, one of the rooms didn't have a real one. Instead, it had a cooled floor and the mobile conditioner, which wasn't powerful enough for +35 ºC. The breakfast didn't offer enough healthy or vegetarian food choice. A lot of packed (with preservatives) and sweet stuff.

Great and comfortable accommodation for a stopover!

This accommodation is perfect for a stopover! It has parking right in front of the entrance, is equipped with lots of extras like snacks, water, etc., is spotless, and has AC. The host was super kind.

There isn't much to do or see in the village itself. We had difficulties finding something to eat other than Pizza.

Perfect place

Perfect place, the host left a lot of breakfast meals, snacks, coffee, soft drinks. Two A/C in the apartment. The apartment was cleaned every week for free. Reserved parking place next to door. Very nice apartment!

Very cozy rooms, Excellent position and Italian Breakfast!

Once arrived, I met the owner, a very nice and welcoming person, I had reserved parking lot in their property and the room was very clean, well furnished and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is very typical Italian, there is also cappuccino, espresso, croissants, everything really, including juices. We were so happy to spend the night there, fantastic!

Soggiorno fantastico

Tutto, dall’accoglienza appena arrivati siamo stati accompagnati da una ragazza che ci ha spiegato tutto con molta gentilezza. Appena entrati la camera era molto profumata, con terrazzino, e un angolo fantastico pieno di snack/merenda. C’erano poi tazzine, tazze, bicchieri. In frigo c’erano due bottiglie di acqua, un succo, il latte e degli affettati con le fette di pane. Inoltre c’era il tostapane, la macchina del caffè e il bollitore. Dovevamo soggiornare per una visita all ospedale Galeazzi ed è stato veramente comodo anche per la strada semplice per raggiungerlo. Ci avevano informati che di mattina mettevano fuori dalla porta le brioche e abbiamo avvisato che purtroppo noi non avremmo fatto in tempo a prenderle perché partivamo presto alle 6.30, ma il signor Giuseppe voleva farcele avere comunque e alle 6.30 abbiamo trovato le brioche fuori! Veramente eccellenti, gentili, disponibili. Anche il bagno bellissimo e con tanti set di cortesia molto molto utili. Riscaldamento eccellente con il climatizzatore in 5 minuti si riscaldava la stanza. Ci torneremo di sicuro per la super comodità e la super disponibilità! Bravissimi

Camera praticamente nuova dotata di frigo fornito, macchinetta del caffè e merendine e biscotti per la colazione la mattina il proprietario ti lascia addirittura le brioches fresche di giornata. Il bagno in camera è moderno, spazioso e luminoso

Una piacevole scoperta alle porte di Milano

Ottima ed abbondante colazione. In pochi minuti si raggiunge la fermata sulla linea metropolitana M1 Molino Dorino, che ci ha permesso di raggiugere comodamente il centro città.

Abbiamo già segnalato come si potrebbe migliorare, abbassando di qualche grado l'eccessiva temperatura in camera. Siamo certi che interverrà rapidamente.
