Glamorous KTown Boutique Residences with Rooftop view

The view and the feeling.

Everything was fine

Great location.

Didn’t feel clean. The bathroom was dirty, floors weren't mopped, tables weren’t wiped, surfaces were dusty, bed sheets had hair on them. The security guard(s) that helped us check in were very rude and unfriendly.

My booking was cancelled, even though it was still showing as active on the Booking.com website. The reason given for the cancellation was payment problems. I was charged the wrong amount for the cancelled booking, which I repeatedly reported and asked them to charge the correct amount for a new booking of a two-bedroom apartment so that the whole family could be accommodated in beds. I even changed my card at their request, but they still couldn't process the payment. I offered to pay upon arrival if they were having problems with transactions. They said they would look into the situation and contact me, but they never did. In the end, when my family and I arrived to check in, the woman at the reception said that there were no rooms available and my booking had been cancelled. They didn't even bother to notify me. When I showed her the booking confirmation code and proved its validity, the woman said it didn't matter. She didn't even try to help us or find alternative accommodation. We were in a desperate situation. I had to urgently find other accommodation, which turned out to be much more expensive. The beginning of my vacation, which I had been planning for a month and a half, was ruined. I still haven't received any apology.

It’s not in the best area of town, and the photos were a bit confusing of what the actual property looked like.

This apartment was exactly what I was looking for during my stay in Los Angeles. The space was clean, quiet, and well suited for both short and longer stays. I appreciated how close it was to Koreatown’s restaurants and entertainment. Downtown LA was also easily accessible, which made sightseeing convenient. Overall, it’s a great balance of comfort and location.

I really enjoyed my time at this apartment and felt at home right away. The unit was comfortable and had a nice layout that made relaxing easy. The surrounding area has plenty to do, with Koreatown nightlife and food just minutes away. Being close to The Wiltern and MacArthur Park added to the experience. This is a solid stay for anyone wanting a central LA location.

Location is accessible to restaurants and grocery stores. The property is clean and family friendly, feels like home away from home. Spacious.
