    I'd like to thank all the staffs there because they're so helpful. I once had problems with my istanbul city card and they were giving their time to google and gave us local numbers for us to call. Also when I asked about Kamille Sultan coffee which later on we figured out we gotta go to Bursa to buy / online. Thank you and we're sorry also for picking up our trolleys from 2nd floor since the hotel doesn't have elevator

    Overall the hotel location is good. It is very near to Taksim Square and near to many restaurants. The room itself is great. However the bed is not the best and the bathroom needs proper maintenance.

    The location of the hotel was excellent, with great access to the metro and Taksim Square. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had requested two separate beds but were given a double bed instead, which wasn’t a big issue for us. If I travel to Istanbul again, I will most likely stay at this hotel once more. Thank you!

    Dont expect a good environment, room smells terrible, but its good for a *** per night. I booked it and ye texted the hotel management to ensure that they gives us a room in the 1st floor, since my wife is pregnant, on chating they ensure that it will happen but, when we arrived, they gave us a room on 4th floor, hotel doesn’t have an elevator, so it was a pure nightmare
