Pera Luna Premium Hotel

Spacious room, clean and warm! Centrally located!

Family room was at the back of reception desk or basement! We refused to stay there and we were instead given a double room on the 3rd floor. Stuff was as most people in Turkey " I don't know"☹️. Not impolite ,just not helpful.

Property from outside I did not liked A couple of men were smoking at the front and sitting they were not guests that’s first impression not a good site .

Room I booked looks direct to the wall I was not happy Front desk updated to better room that was so nice of them Clean big room Location is good as well

The location was very good and the room was so cute and nice decorated ! The breakfast in the hotel next door and the view there was amazing! With an old woman and a young man who are working there and are super friendly and lovely ( there is an option to have breakfast in the rooftop in the next door building)! The first day we ate our breakfast in our building and had not so many options!

The reception was not helpful! I asked her for a glass ( because we were three and in the room was just 2 Glas for drinking) she said that she can’t bring and I have to go self! She call the room at 2 am when we were arriving and said the payment in booking doesn’t work and I have to come down!! I don’t know why but I was just 3 days there with my family and every time she asked me to pay !!! Finally I told her that she has to contact the booking.com ! And she did! But whole the first 2 days of my 3 days stay, she gave me too much stress and worries about my stay !!!! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
