    I had a room booked at Robin hotel , when I get there they give us a room out of hotel . Room was nice when I get in but honestly no body clean toilets they just pretend to clean I been there for 4 days I never see no one to come in morning to clean around the rooms , even my room . No reception . Nothing no staff over there . Very disappointed

    Modern hotel clean with a perfect location, the receptionist Moath with very helpful and welcomed me with a cup of tea and deserts, he was very cooperative. 5 stars hotel overall.

    Amazing place in the center of taksim

    I booked this hotel specifically because of its close proximity to Taksim Square. However, upon arrival for check-in, I was informed that no rooms were available and that I would be moved to another property. I was traveling solo with heavy checked luggage and a carry-on. The alternate property was located approximately 10–15 minutes away from Taksim, which was very inconvenient, especially given the circumstances. I had an early morning flight the next day, and the new property had no reception desk, no staff on-site, and consisted of only two rooms in a small apartment building. While the person who initially assisted me was polite, he had no information about the situation or how to help. I had to carry my heavy luggage down the stairs and repeatedly tried calling the hotel, but no one answered. Since my taxi had already been booked from the original hotel (Robin Hotel), and it was snowing, I was forced to drag my luggage on foot for 10–15 minutes to reach the pickup location. Additionally, the bed sheets at the relocated property were quite dirty, which was unacceptable. Overall, this experience caused significant stress and inconvenience, especially as a solo traveler with an early flight.
