The isolation and location next to the river is spectacular!

Stunning location
Property seemed to be in a state of neglect. Scruffy surroundings. Debris lying around the property. Abandoned generator behind the building. Equipment littered the area around the tub Simple things were overlooked in thr house: No toilet roll in holder. No hand towel holder in bathroom. No serviettes in holder. Indoor plants withering. Huge disappointment with the outdoor tub. Never really managed any success after 3 bags of wood & hours of coaxing. Friendly maintenance guy, Ricardo, also did his best to help. Matters that need to be reported to owner/manager: Leaking roof around chimney; decking roof sheets damages by high winds & need to be secured
