Great location and spacious house with all the facilities to have a great weekend

One of the toilets had a poorly fitted/sized seat. Apart from that everything was great for our stay.

Good overall, house upkeep needs some work, looks tired and unfinished

Plenty of room for 5 guests

We needed 5 rooms quite close to the Emmerdale tour and other facilities and Borrowdale fit the bill, we could park up to 3 cars comfortably at the property.

There is only one fully functional toilet and it is on the third floor The second toilet says it's only for liquids and even at that it doesn't flush well when you use tissue, meaning everyone has to climb all the way to the third floor so it's not very convenient

Good house for a group of friends

Spacious, clean, good parking and good, quiet location.

Nothing we didn't like, but maybe a few more plates and bowls/serving dishes in the kitchen are needed. It would also be great if a house as large as this had a dishwasher especially if at capacity.

Location, spacious rooms with good size beds, offstreet parking

Limited equipment in kitchen for 6 people, dishwasher would have been good, toilet on 1st floor had limited use (only liquids) when 6 people staying in property.

Weekend family break including a trip to watch Leeds Utd

Our only problem was the lack of curtains or blackout blinds in the bedrooms. The rooms were light from around 6am in the morning which made it hard to sleep

A great house in a good position for us.

Spacious, clean, well catered for .. tea, coffee kitchen roll, towels all provided. Large lounge area so good for families.

Some of the glasses were cracked/chipped on arrival and need replacing. Not a complaint but the stairs up to the loft are steep!
