Wouldn’t stay again.

It was convenient area wise

They knew on my booking I was coming with a one year old and a child under one. When we arrived there was glass in the floor that cut my sons foot open when we told them they said “we’ll get a cleaner to come round TOMORROW” and “all we can do is apologise “ which then I just ended up cleaning it myself because I didn’t want to deal with the mardy staff. My mum also stayed separate to us and asked for another bin bag and they said it’s one per person😂what? Also our stay said free WiFi and we did not get that at all. The people upstairs had two dogs barking all night the people next door had a dog scratching the wall my one year old couldn’t sleep without being disturbed. Would never stay again.

Visitng family

Excellent location , apartment waa much bigger than expected .very clean and bed was so comfy. We were above amusements and entertainment and it was so quiet. Also had a lovely meal service was fabulous .

Could maybe put black out currains on windows , room still quite bright at night but just a suggestion wouldnt stop me from going back .

Overall not very good as we don’t feel like it was cleaned properly & all the other apartments had a 4 slice toaster

The location was good

It hasn’t been updated we only had a 2 slice toaster for 8 people & the the inside was bent so the toast got stuck the clock on the microwave didn’t work properly do you couldn’t see how long it was on for.. we had to wait for the keys they said room was being cleaned then when I went to office to collect keys there was 2 people in there & they told me they had just checked out & were waiting for keys to another property they had to move because we were booked in that room so they had to wait for someone to check out to move in their then one of them come knocking on the door because they said they had left stuff in there. There was no mugs so had to wait for reception to collect some from the bar then I could collect them

Comfortable little get away

The place overall was lovely a great little place very close to beach and Skegness pier. Didn’t have to drive at all during our stay everything was within walking distance.

Breakfast was not to a good standard. The cook had Very unprofessional attitude. Very poor quality of food. Didn’t eat and would never eat there again!

Office staff asked for help with WiFi but just referred me to a leaflet about it. Why was it not provided for free as the amusements below my apartment where free

Location was great, quality caravan, staff were lovely, clean, modern, accessible friendly, well equipped. Definitely stay again.

Lacking in small things like coat hooks, clothes horse/airer, pub food was expensive for quality, park facilities are lacking. The smoke alarm was beeping when we got there which they sorted whilst we were out, strange thing was the alarm never went off even when we burnt popcorn and toast? The photo of what we booked didn't quite match what we got as we got an accessible version.

Great place friendly staff would stay again.

The fact that it was far enough away from the town centre but close enough for the beach.The staff were amazing and very helpful if need help or assistance. The arcade attendee was extremely kind and helpful. Food and drinks from on site restaurant was reasonably priced and enjoyable. Lots of entertainment opportunities within the pub especially for little ones.

The outdoor area was shut however didn't have a negative effect just would of been nice. Small oven for 4 people but we coped. Oven gloves and soap or dishwasher tablets would of been nice.

So good location, clean and tidy accommodation, not much for kids to do

Location was good, nice and quiet, but only 20 mins walk into Skegness. Staff were very welcoming and the booking in process was easy. Upstairs apartment was clean with a large front room. Bedrooms, clean and linen provided.

Only short fall was kids facilities on site as one small toddlers play park and also a small play park for the older kids, and both were crowded although not many kids on them.

everything, the property, was really disgusting, smelt, cob webs everywhere, spiders on the floor. lay out was not good sofa in lounge was stupid when was made into bed gave you no room to sit you had move tables, chaires etc to get round. outide the property was mud everywhere which came into the apartment when you came in. staff were rude, horrible and racist. In the end i left the property took my stuff and found somewhere else where was more welcoming, comforting warm welcome. which cost me more money. Therefore i would like my money back if not i will take this further It also made me ill as well as my son who was very upset as it was holiday and surprise for my wife's 40th was also upset.
