Victorian Blue - 2 bedroom flat Pimlico

It’s fancy and stylish, the property is clean and had all the necessary facilities. The ceilings are more than 4m high, everything is fresh and new. The location is good not far from Thames and underground station Pimlico- a few stops away from historic places.

The first night was cold because we arrived late and went to sleep - the bed was freezing cold, although we turned on the heating. Another aspect is that boiler is located in the bedroom and the water bubbling in boiler tubes didn’t let me sleep well. As well as the sound of people running up and down the stairs, and neighbors above my head. Another thing was that the boiler of the flat above us went out of order and maintenance people were very loud at 6 am. I was planning to sleep longer at the departure day, but it wasn’t possible. One of them mixed the flats and invaded our place while we were inside, I was really scared. The reason is that there is no door number, so we also had to guess which one is B.

The location was perfect, the most convenient to get to every part of central London

Renovated flat in a very quiet residential area. Well connected to visit the city, less than 10 minutes walk to Pimlico metro or 15 minutes to Victoria station. Apartment was very clean and well furnished. On the contrary of other reviews, we found the beds very comfortable.

Few cons, almost negligible in the overall experience. Check-in requires to collect the keys at a store near Pimlico metro. The procedure is well explained, simple and straightforward, but not really convenient if you don’t reach the area by Tube. Noise insulation from upper floors was not ideal, but we never experienced noise issues during sleeping hours
