Great location - handy to get in to the centre of London. Very modern - had all the things you expect
The lock to the front door - very hard to unlock/lock the door. Lack of decent size towels - only had hand towels available. No air con - stated it did have but only had fans. If they could sort the lock and get decent towels then it would be 10/10 stay

It is a real shame because this property is really well located and well looked after. Also the lady who was assisting in getting into the property was very helpful.
Our is was that the was no air conditioning even though this is clearly marked on the listing. This is usually not a problem in London but is in July when it is 30 degrees. There was a fan in each bedroom which is obviously not the same thing. I would not have booked this property in July had I known. The listing is misleading.
Would be fine if staying in colder months.
Listing was inaccurate as there is NO air conditioning.
