Very easy to pick up keys, Location was superb, The complex is fantastic and the host was very facilitating, allowing us to keep access to the pool after checkout which was much appreciated.
The 2nd room was a little tight as our boys are teenagers but there was space in the living area which suited anyway.

The apartment hotel is excellently located close to the beach and Paloma park. The apartment was well stocked with pantry essentials and other extra items such as beach toys and an umbrella which all came in very handy for our stay. Checking in and out were very convenient. Rita was a good host, maintaining communication before and during our stay.
It was difficult to find the main entrance to the hotel apartment. Google and Booking.com were not accurate. The complex is very large with lots of different levels. This is annoying when you have a buggy. The host could not provide a highchair for us.

Very well equipped, clean and modern apartment with easy access to Beach and excellent bars and restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk.
Very steep in parts so might not be ideal for people with mobility issues.
