Fairly good ratio quality/pricing

Nice location, roomy and well equiped.

There was a damaged shader on one of the bedrooms. Not fixed during our stay. Condensation drops fell on the beds.

Spacious and clean apartment with decent amenities.

The location was very good. Walking distance to the city center and to the amenities nearby. The apartment was spacious and clean. The kitchen was decently equipped. All bedrooms had separate cupboards for storage. Plenty of paid parking outside the apartment and around the neighbourhood.

There was no TV in the apartment unlike as shown in the advertisement. The beds were not so comfortable and had crackling sounds whenever you get up or move. No free parking around.

Health Hazard, horrible hotel experience

There was black mold in the bathroom ceiling. The floor in the hallway to the bathroom seems to be rotting. It was sinking down in the middle, was coming apart into small bits and felt like wet paper. The couch was so dirty we didn't want to sit on it. There was a layer of dust, hair and grime on everything. There were insects crawling around. We left the hotel soon after check-in, since the apartment was a health hazard. We didn't dare to sleep there.

Spacious and clean place, good to stay as long as you have no car.

Very nice location, all important places were in the vicinity of 2-3 kms. Tube and tram stations were near too. Property was very clean, spacious and looks newly renovated. Host was responding to all our questions on timely manner.

No microwave, struggled heating food but that was advertised so no complaints. New Hob fixed but not working. Only one toilet and sink clogged every time we used it. There was a big packed door kept in the lounge. Housekeeping team regularly accessed the apartment while we were in it, the door separating the main apartment door and inner apartment had a digital lock but not working. On the last day we got message requesting to bin the trash in municipal bins but none were at the location stated. Host sent picture of a bin which was few months old. Parking in the area is EUR 6.18 per hour with no free times except at night from 11 pm to 9 am the next morning.

Somehow we couldn’t regulate the temperature in the apartment. However, ventilator was helpful.

Apartment in a great location. Comfortable rooms. Nice furnishings. For parking, find out about indoor parking because on the street and in the municipal one the prices are exorbitant.

Small negative note the shower without a lock (you risk flooding the bathroom).

Serious issue with ventilation needs addressing

The location was great - a short walk from the Markthaal. On-street parking just outside so easy to unload car. The apartment (no.27) is spacious and the bedrooms are a good size - we had plenty of space for our twins' travel cots. The flat is modern and looks attractive. There's a coffee machine with some free pods. The oven and hobs worked well. The shower was hot and had good pressure.

As soon as we opened the door, we noticed a strong unpleasant smell. This got stronger as we went further into the flat and was worst in the bathroom. There is a serious issue with lack of ventilation (the only external doors/windows are at the front of the apartment - no windows in bedrooms or bathroom). My husband had to use his asthma inhaler more frequently while we were in the flat due to this. We noticed a couple of silverfish, which thrive in damp environments, too. The other main issue was the lack of equipment in the kitchen. There was no microwave, although this is listed in the description. There were no tea towels, no sharp knives, no baking trays... Cooking was difficult, and the fact that we needed to cook (for our fussy toddlers) was one of the main reasons we booked the apartments. In the bedrooms, there was a lack of plug sockets, which is perhaps why there were no lamps in one bedroom and just one battery-operated lamp (very faint) in the other. Re. cleanliness, the sheets on one bed didn't look like they'd been cleaned so we had to swap them with those from another bed. The kitchen bin needed a clean. On one occasion, we couldn't get back into the apartment using our door code. When we called, we did get help immediately and we were back in within 10 mins. The housekeeper arrived before our checkout time and waited outside the door. This was a bit annoying - when travelling with twin toddlers every minute counts! She asked to go in before we were ready to leave, still a few mins before the checkout time. I wish she'd just waited as we felt chased out the door, which made our departure more stressful.

Netjes appartement op een fijne locatie

Het was een heerlijk ruim appartement en leuk ingericht. De locatie is top met fijne winkels en restaurants in de buurt.

Het inchecken verliep wat rommelig. Het was me niet helemaal duidelijk wat het juiste adres was en de communicatie ging via veel verschillende manieren (mail/whatsapp/booking) De dakramen waren niet verduisterd, dat was nu in de winter niet zo erg maar in de zomer niet handig.

Beau, propre mais moyennement confortable

L'emplacement est top. L'arrivée dans le logement est parfaitement gérée à distance. Le logement est spacieux et très bien équipé (lave linge, lave vaisselle, micro-ondes, tv). C'est très propre et dans un état presque neuf. Ce fut globalement un séjour agréable.

Les deux gros points noirs de ce logement : - les chambres n'ont pas de fenêtres mais des puits de lumières sans stores occultants. Nous avons été réveillé par la lumière du soleil chaque jour. - il n'est pas possible d'aérer correctement et donc de refroidir les pièces. Il fait très chaud et pour dormir ce n'est pas agréable. En cette fin de mois d'août la température dans l'appartement la nuit était de 25 degrés. Je n'ose même pas imaginer les températures en période de canicule. Par ailleurs, le logement manque d'éléments pratiques (quelque chose pour poser sa valise, des patères pour suspendre une serviette, un vêtement ou un manteau). L'éclairage n'est pas suffisant dans la pièce principale. Et enfin , un détail : un seul verre à vin disponible dans le placard et pas de tire bouchon...

Der ofen funktionierte nicht, keine Glühbirne in Wohnzimmer das Licht in der Küche hat auch nicht funktioniert. Die Klimaanlage ging nicht und in Badezimmer war der Abfluss von Waschbecken verstopft.

Bedden waren erg slecht, geen ventilatie in het huis en een raam waar geen gordijn voor zit in de slaapkamer. Ook ging de deur niet eens open vanwege rommel in de hoek van de deur, tot 2x toe!

Alles was net niet.

Ho passato dei giorni tranquilli. Ho apprezzato il Markthall e le case cubiche.

Posizione buona, ma un pò distante dalla stazione ferroviaria. Mi sono piaciuti i monumenti nelle vicinanze e la tranquillità della zona.

Non c'è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto. Suggerirei però una migliore illuminazione dell'appartamento.

מאכזב מאוד, לחוץ מאוד, ולא נעים.

המטבח היה מאובזר כראוי, והדירה היתה גדולה ומרווחת, הכניסה היתה קלה למציאה יחסית לפי ההוראות, אבל זה כל מה שאני יכול להגיד טוב לצערי.

לפני ההגעה, בעלי הדירה מטריד אותך להפקיד 300 יורו פקדון לנזקים, משהו שחייב להתבצע אונליין, אחרת אין צ'ק אין, אני מאוד לא מרוצה מזה שהייתי צריך להשאיר פרטי אשראי ברשת שאני לא מכיר. הריח בשירותים/מקלחת היה נוראי של עובש, ולא היה שום אוורור למקלחת ובכללי לדירה, אין שום חלון. הדירה יושבת על הרחוב, הדלת היא על הרחוב במיקום מאוד פינתי וקצת מפוקפק, כל מה שמפריד בינך לבין הרחוב זו דלת זכוכית בלבד! ובמרכז הדירה, הסלון, חלון עצום לרחוב, שאי אפשר לפתוח אם רוצים קצת פרטיות. המיטות היו מאוד צרות ולא נוחות, כל סיבוב במיטה פחדתי ליפול. הכריות היו מאוד רכות ולא מספקות, וסופקו לנו 2 מגבות קטנות בלבד לכל אורח(ללא מגבת גוף בגודל סביר). מחיר החניה ברחוב הוא מטורף, במהלך היום המחיר לשעה הוא כמעט 7 יורו לשעה!!! בדירה אין מספיק שקעי חשמל או שולחן שאפשר לשבת בו לעבוד, חוץ מפינת האוכל עצמה.. באחד הימים כאשר שהינו בדירה, פתאום נפתחה הדלת והמנקה פשוט נכנסה לקחת דברים שנמצאים אצלנו בדירה בכדי לנקות את אחת הדירות האחרות - אפס פרטיות! ולסיום, קיבלתי מייל מבעל הדירה שכאשר אני עוזב - אני חייב לרוקן את הפח בעצמי ולא להשאיר כלום, כולל במקרר + להפעיל את המדיח + לתלות את כל המגבות שיתייבשו + לסדר את הטמפ' במזגן ועוד, דברים שמעולם לא ביקשו ממני.. מזל שלא ביקשו שאשאב את הרצפה.

Prima verblijf met een paar kanttekeningen.

Ruim appartement, strak en schoon. Prima locatie voor een weekendje Rotterdam. Vlakbij winkels en horeca, dus alles op loopafstand. Verder een prima douche, en voldoende apparatuur in de keuken.

In het appartement zijn er geen of zeer beperkte mogelijkheden om kleding op te hangen of weg te leggen, je leeft daardoor uit de koffer, terwijl er ruimte genoeg is om deze faciliteit te aan te brengen. De bedden zijn niet echt top, (goedkoopste Ikea bedjes) Keukeninrichting is karig, één grote pan, hierdoor hadden de ontbijt-eitjes alle ruimte, en de espresso uit het Nespresso apparaat moest in een 30cc theeglas.

Ωραίο διαμέρισμα θα προτιμούσα καναπέ γωνία για καθόμασταν όλοι μαζί παρέα!!!

Δεν είχε παράθυρα στα δωμάτια Εννοώ ανοιγόμενα …απλά υπήρχε φεγγίτης δεν εξυπηρετούσε κάπου ,καλύτερα να μην υπήρχε!!!
