Overall, the stay was not very comfortable due to cleanliness issues, the limited pool access, and the unpleasant balcon
The place was cleaned only superficially before our arrival – there was visible dirt and cobwebs on top of the cupboards, in the corners of the walls, and under the cabinets. The pool is open only during specific hours and seems to be a kind of public/shared place rather than private. In addition, there is a dog on the balcony one floor below, and unfortunately its droppings are visible – not something easy to blame the hosts for, but still not a pleasant view.

Location, though it’s a little far from the centre. Equipped with essentials, and also AC
Cleanliness, it’s not worth the price. Bathroom especially shower area is awful. Old, tiny and even difficult for an average person to have bath in it. I found a scorpion in the bathroom.

Self Check & Self Check out hat gut geklappt. Vermieterin hat sich immer schnell gemeldet. Tolle Lage. Schöne Terrasse. Mit Aufzug wunderbar.
Etwas zu wenig Besteck & Teller. Autos parkten vor dem Parkhaus, was nicht erlaubt war, daher oft sehr eng zum raus & rein fahren…

Tutto ok!
Direi che è andato tutto bene… appartamento accogliente, c’è tutto quello che serve, è vicino al centro di riva ma soprattutto vista spettacolare! Il padrone (anche se non lo abbiamo visto di persona) è stato molto gentile e disponibile!
