The Space
The house is perfect for 2 families with kids, a group of friends or pet lovers.
The villa has around 60sqm of entertaining space including a large living room with fireplace, a dining room for 10, and a well-equipped kitchen. The living room has a traditional fireplace and is furnished with family games, a library, and satellite TV. Three of the four bedrooms have French windows onto a large first floor south facing balcony with deckchairs. All guests sleep on beds not sofa beds. Outside there are two covered dining areas, one with a fireplace and BBQ and the other covered with grape vines. The terraces have sun loungers. There are low-level lights for the evening. A perfect location for late nights in front of a fire under the stars listening to the stream.
Guests can enjoy mountain biking and walking in the park, windsurfing / kitesurfing, playing tennis nearby and swimming in local pools or in the lake. Nearby are the 18 old villages of Tremosine to explore - each with their unique character.
For kids there is lots to explore; a mountain stream, woodland to play in and a slide and swing. A lovely swimming pool, tennis courts and e-bike rental are 5 minutes drive.
The grounds are mostly covered with wild flowers and fruit and nut trees and provide direct access to a network of hiking paths and roads in the national park. The house is near the famous Nota and Tremalzo passes. The garden and meadow are a haven for butterflies and wildlife – and dogs love it.
The accommodation provides a private and relaxing haven after a busy day by the Lake.
