Beautiful Surroundings and Comfortable Stay

Ledro is a beautiful place. We loved this lake. We stayed here for over a week — the apartment was clean, had good beds, and was a great size for a family with two children and two adults. There are washing machines and dryers available for a fee. We brought bikes for the girls, and there was storage available for them. We could also borrow bikes there free of charge. There’s a great bike path to Lake Ledro, about 2 km away. The area is stunning, surrounded by mountains. Luciana, the host, is very friendly and helpful with whatever you need. Restaurants, a grocery store, and a bakery are just 400 meters from the apartments. 30 min drive to Gardasee.

There were a few small things missing — no toilet paper, kitchen towel, or soap, so we had to bring those ourselves. Towels cost €5 per person, which we felt was a bit expensive, especially since you also have to pay if you want to change or wash them. Since we stayed for over a week, it would have been nice if they had offered a cleaning service during the stay. The pool was very cold, and because the weather can be quite unstable (we had rain the last three days), it wasn’t very tempting to swim, even though the air temperature was around 20°C.

Nobody will see us there again, one of the worst I've ever been.

Location of the accommodation is nice.

Pfff ok, it will be long: From the begining, the innkeeper's english is horrible, communication was pain. Accommodation itself, you will pay extra money for the hot water and the heating in the all rooms, it is not inclooded in the price what Booking show you in the moment of the reservation, so it can changed dramaticly. Costs for the accommodation raised on the first hour in there for 5 euros, my guess is 50 euro per day, it depend on the weather and the temperature outside. In the shower was lukewarm water only. Even when we try to talk with the innkeeper, situation was not changed. Sometimes water was completly cold as f*uck, when you are whole day in the mountains you are really looking forward for the hot shower, but not in this accommodation. Like a bonus, taste of the water leaves ugly bitter taste on your tongue, don't know why... Lets go to the kitchen: No plates, no bowls, no washing up aids. Funny thing was microwave oven on the cabinet, cool, but no electricity supply around. So we have to turn off the lamp, move the oven on the other side of the kitchen, warm up the food and move the oven back :D Sheet on the bed was uncomfortable and smells pretty ugly, probably never washed. In the bathroom only one toilet paper never re-supplied for whole stay.

Lækkert område. Meget natur smuk og nogle byer i området der er værd at besøge.

Behagelig og sød værtinde. God til at informere. Stedet er rent og vedligeholdt.

Ligger lige ud til en gemmenkørselsvej. Vi havde inden sol på vores altan, da den lå klemt inde og var overdækket. Køkkenet var ikke veludstyret. Der var inden ovn, hvilket vi manglede meget.

Metterei piu acessori per appendere gli asciugami da bidet e metterei una pedane dove mettere i piedi all uscita della doccia sarebbe molto piu accogliente.

Rilassato\Divertito ci Vediamo presto.

La Signora Luciana ci ha accolti molto Bene spiegandoci con cura e pazienza tutte le cose che si potevano Fare In Trentino e attenta nel consigliarci di scaricare la Guest Card per il Trentino che ti permette di vedere ed usufruire di molti Vantaggi. La posizione rispetto al centro del paesino Pieve di Ledro non è vicinissimo per chi viaggia con i mezzi pubblici. Ma in questa struttura abbiamo trovato l'accoglienza e i confort che cercavamo. Se uno cerca un buon posto, per riposarsi\Rilassarsi è ottimo.

L'uniche pecche che si potrebbero migliorare per me a mio Parere sono 2. 1. Le insegne delle indicazioni del Residence Alessio. Perchè Booking con le indicazioni non è preciso e per chi arriva da Lontano\Vicino ed è la prima volta non sa esattamente dove sia andrebbe migliorata la visibilità della Struttura. 2.Per chi utilizza il piano di cottura elettrico andrebbe chiesto al cliente se si sa utilizzare. Non tutti sanno utilizzare un piano di cottura elettrico.

Nie jestem do końca zadowolona

Okolica Lago di Ledro jest wspaniała! Apartamenty położone blisko miłego miasteczka i samego jeziora, do którego można dojść spacerem lub podjechać darmowym autobusem, na podstawie otrzymanej podczas zameldowania karty. Basen pozwala się schłodzić, choć brakuje trochę cienia. Świetna jest możliwość wykupienia serwisu śniadaniowego pod drzwi, choć z niej nie skorzystaliśmy, bo nie wiedząc o tej możliwości zrobiliśmy zakupy wcześniej.

To chyba najbardziej przepłacony nocleg w jakim miałam okazję spać. Położony przy głównej drodze, słabo wyposażony (brak kieliszków do wina czy choć jednej kapsułki do zmywarki)... Brak klimatyzacji sprawia, że było bardzo gorąco, a spanie przy otwartym oknie utrudniali sąsiedzi palący papierosy na swoich tarasach i balkonach. Pani, która nas przyjmowała była bardzo miła, ale sam obiekt sprawił, że nie zatrzymała bym się w nim ponownie płacąc ponad 320 euro za noc.

Soggiorno fantastico in mezzo alla natura e perfetto x famiglie

Ideale x famiglie con appartamenti adiacenti alla zona piscina e al parco giochi con possibilità di fare bbq all’aperto. Zona tranquilla e tante cose da fare per una vacanza avventurosa e immersa nella natura. Appartamento spazioso con giardino a pochi passi dal centro di bezzecca e dal supermercato.

Sarebbe gradito magari avere nell’appartamento a disposizione del liquido per i piatti, una spugna, del sapone per le mani e qualche rotolo di carta igienica extra. Non è grave ma è la prima volta che mi capita di non trovare queste cose in casa. Un piccolo consiglio per rendere il vostro Residence ancora meglio in futuro!

Wat een geweldige lieve positieve vrouw. Goede ontvangst vertelde van het appartement en de omgeving wat er allemaal te doen was en wat er bezocht kon worden. Via een app konden we ook gratis musea naar binnen.

Ik weet dat er honden mogen komen in het gebouw. 1 hond was echt een keffer en blaffer . komt door de eigenaren en dat weet ik. en toch hebben we een heel goed verblijf gehad

Tolle Unterkunft

Luciana ist, wie in den vorherigen Bewertungen genannt, die gute Seele der Unterkunft. Super nett und engagiert. Wir hatten ein-zwei Dinge, die sofort geregelt wurden. Auch sind wir durch den Verkehr 7 Stunden später angekommen, was auch kein Problem war, da Luciana dafür gesorgt hat, dass wir trotzdem sehr spät abends in die Unterkunft kommen. Wir hatten ein neu renoviertes Zimmer, was sehr schön war. Auch das Badezimmer war toll und sauber. Die Umgebung ist ebenfalls gut und die Lage toll. Aufgrund der Berge ist dort immer eine kältere Brise als am warmen Gardasee.

Es könnten mehr Ablageflächen im Badezimmer vorhanden sein. Ich würde es jetzt nicht negativ bewerten, aber es ist etwas, was man vorher wissen müsste: Dinge wie Klopapier, Spülmittel, Seife, Lappen, Reinigungsmittel, Zewa, Geschirrtücher müssen selbst mitgebracht werden.

Super entspanntes verlängertes Wochenende 🥰

Die Zimmer sind sauber und man hat alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, sogar eine Spülmaschine ist vorhanden. Wir hatten eine Wohnung in der ersten Etage mit großem Balkon mit einem toller Ausblick. Wir hatten nix zu bemängeln. Die Gastgeberin ist so lieb und fürsorglich. Der Pool hat unserem Sohn besonders gut gefallen. Es waren genügend Liegestühle vorhanden. Grill Möglichkeiten und Feuerstelle waren auch vorhanden. Sowie ein kleiner Spielplatz. Unsere Hunde waren herzlich Willkommen. Wir fühlten uns wohl und konnten sehr schöne Abendspaziergänge unternehmen. Der Ausflug zum See und Wasserfall war wirklich traumhaft. Sowie auch der Skulpturenpfad.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana, e siamo riusciti a fare la doccia calda solo una sera, le altre sere L acqua calda andava e veniva.. a volte era solo fredda. Abbiamo comunicato il problema che però non è stato risolto. Per il resto tutto bene, a parte il fatto strano che gli asciugamani non siano compresi( nemmeno il primo cambio)

Ottima posizione a due passi dal lago,appartamento grande,luminoso e tranquillo in una struttura nuova con comodo parcheggio.Attrezzatura della cucina sufficiente..Gentilezza e disponibilità della proprietaria per ogni esigenza . Bella piscina per i periodi più caldi.

La tenda nella doccia invece del box,la mancanza di uno specchio grande per quando ci si veste. E per quanto mi riguarda,visto che è molto soggettivo, il materasso troppo duro....
