A lot of space right at Ledro lake

Spacious appartment, terace, bike shed, private beach at Ledro lake and private swimming pool.

I would replenish the kitchen equipment with wine glasses, add some bins that make separation of trash more convenient and turn all lights in unocuppied appartments off so that you could see the stars.

Soggiorno rilassante in una posizione incantevole e tanta tranquillità, perfetto per staccare.

Soggiorno meraviglioso in una posizione davvero unica, proprio sulle rive del lago di Ledro. La vista è mozzafiato, regala una sensazione di pace e silenzio che non si dimentica. L’appartamento è carino, ben diviso e comodo per quattro persone se si passa la maggior parte del tempo all’aperto a godersi la natura. Un luogo perfetto per chi cerca relax e panorama.

La posizione è splendida e il soggiorno nel complesso è stato piacevole. L’unico aspetto migliorabile riguarda la presenza di mosche, anche se qualche insetto in montagna è comprensibile. Ce n’erano un po’ più del previsto sia nell'appartamento che nelle scale. Tolto questo sarebbe davvero perfetto.

Sehr zu Frieden

Ein super Ausblick auf dem Ledrosee wie auf dem Bild Super netter hilfsbereit Gastgeber. Am Tag 2 ist das Thermostat der Heizung defekt gewesen. Besitzer war sofort da nach dem ich ihn kontaktiert habe. Er konnte es nicht auf die Schnelle Reparieren. Hat aber uns sofort ein neues Zimmer angeboten. Super Gastgeber.... Was sehr nett vom Vermieter war.wärend des Aufenthalt hatte meine Frau Geburtstag. Sie bekam eine Flache Prosecco zum Geburtstag Nochmals DANKE Wer Ruhe haben will ist dort genau richtig. Vorm Haus genügend Parkplätze. Pizzeria gleich um die Ecke. Werden Wiederkommen..

Dusche finde ich persönlich etwas zu klein. Muss sagen bin 185 gross Matratze ist für mich persönlich etwas hart. Ist aber Geschmackssache.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt am superschönen Ledrosee

Supertolle Lage direkt am Ledrosee mit eigenem Strand und wunderbarem Hundestrand in direkter Nähe. Der Vermieter war spitze, megafreundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Sehr hundefreundliche Unterkunft.

Séjour au top, calme et repos.

La résidence est dans un petit village très calme. Il y a une plage privée ( à la résidence) de l'autre coté de la route et une plage réservée aux chiens à 100 mètres. La piscine (à l'arrière du bâtiment) est ensoleillée l'après-midi. Au RdC, il y a une "petite" épicerie où l'on peut acheter des produits locaux (charcuteries et fromages) et les "essentiels". Un restaurant se trouve à environ 150 mètres de la résidence (bon et pas cher).

Vista, appartamento curato, spiaggia lago privata, minimarket e nolo bici nella stessa struttura. Area esterna e piscina favolosi. Personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Consigliatissimo.

Settimana incantevole in un posto tranquillo e ben gestito!

Struttura molto bella, perfettamente organizzata negli spazi interni e nei servizi (lavastoviglie presente nella cucina). Tutto perfettamente curato e ben pulito. Gli spazi comuni come la piscina e la spiaggia privata sono un plus che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Davvero utile il punto market con pane fresco e generi di prima necessità allestito nel negozio sotto casa! Moreno, il proprietario, sempre disponibile e attento alle esigenze dei clienti.

Casa Emilio

Piscina grande, area verde per giocare, parcheggio, posizione - davanti al lago, immersa nel verde, spiaggia privata (non addatta però ai bimbi che non nuotano bene essendo ripida), possibilità a comprare pane fresco, brioches, latte, formaggio, bevande. Vedute meravigliose anche dal appartamento con vista piscina. Cucina attrezzata con il forno a micronde, fornello, lavastoviglie, macchina caffè americano. Sicuramente da ritornare nonostante alcune cose che non erano al nostto gradimento.

Il nostro appartamento era al ultimo piano ed era molto rumoroso, si sentiva tutto dei appartamenti accanto. Magari su altri piani i muri sono più larghi. Il soppalco è un po' basso - solo per i bimbi. Ci sono 3 piani ma non c'è l'ascensore- un po' impegnativo a portare le valigie al ultimo piano. Cuscini scomodi.

Tolle Aussicht Unterkunft totaler Flop

Die Aussicht, Parkplatz am Haus.

Wo fange ich an? Wenn man an den Ledrosee kommt ist man überwältigt von der Aussicht dann der Dämpfer, sauber naja angefressener Keks in der Schale wo die Konfitüre und Nutella Döschen sind, Stühle auf dem Tisch, paar lieblose Bilder an der Wand sonst schauen Nägel aus der Wand, eine Wand( Küche )ein Riss in der Ecke, Terrasse der Stromverteiler hatte keine Abdeckung wenn wir mit einem Kleinkind unterwegs gewesen wären, Lebensgefahr! Dann unter den Blumenkübel vom vor Urlauber noch eine Gebäck Tüte, was noch für mich ein No Go ist 2x anschreiben nach Bettwäsche wobei beim 1. Mal verneint! Ich habe beim 2. Dann weil ich mich genötigt gefühlt habe diese genommen aber anstatt diese fertig auf den Betten war würde man nochmal gefragt diese wurde dann gebracht meiner Frau in die Hand gedrückt und gefragt ob man Beziehen soll? Für mich das letzte Mal in diesem Haus. Küchen Ausstattung ist für längeren Aufenthalt auch nicht keine Kaffeemaschine sollte man mitbringen. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig!!! Gesamt eintrug lieblos und kalt am liebsten wären wir noch am selben Abend wieder weiter gefahren. Schade das ich nicht alle Bilder rein stellen kann also ich finde an Casa Emilio nichts empfehlenswertes sorry.

Gli arredi interni non sono funzionali,il TV color è mal posizionato e non ben sintonizzato. Fornirei il frigo di un paio di bottiglie d' acqua a mo' di benvenuto

إطلالة رائعة

المضيف كان ممتاز جدا ومتعاون ، يلبي كل النواقص . الشقة جميلة ومريحة ونظيفه لكن تحتاج قليلا من تجهيزات المطبخ في حالة الرغبة بالمكوث فترة طويلة،الموقع والاطلاله رائعة كما يوجد شاطئ خاص مقابل السكن بالإضافة إلى حمام السباحة ،ومواقف السيارة المجاني اضافة ويوجد بعض المطاعم والمقاهي بالقرب من السكن .

يجب ان تكون السيارة معاك واغلب المحلات تغلق من الساعة 9 مساء
