If you are looking for a holiday flat in a strategic position for visiting Ticino and just a few minutes from the Como border, and at the same time perfect for business stays, just a few minutes from the numerous companies dotting the area of Chiasso and Mendrisio, ROSETO APARTMENT is the ideal solution!
This recently renovated one-bedroom apartment is furnished in a comfortable and welcoming way to offer you a stay with every comfort. The living room consists of the relaxation area, with TV and a comfortable sofa that becomes a double bed for the night (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.), and the dining area, with a table for 4 people. The kitchen is separate, modern and complete with everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners just like at home. From the living room there is access to the balcony, with a small table and two chairs for sipping coffee or an aperitif in the open air.
The bedroom has a double bed, with a spacious wardrobe for storing your apparel even for longer stays. A bathroom with bathtub and shower completes the apartment.
Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.
We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

The house has private parking, and it is possible to park in the public parking.
