5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

We enjoyed our stay here and we pleased with the cleanliness. The neighbors were very friendly and its in a quiet safe area downtown. We would have like to been able to use the patio furniture that was in the photos however the furniture was not out there. Overall nice place to stay
