This fully renovated, fashionable 3-bedroom, 2-bath duplex offers the perfect blend of modern convenience and stylish living, making it the perfect home base for your next vacation to Pensacola.

Equipped with brand-new appliances, it’s ready for all your culinary adventures.
The master bedroom is a serene retreat, complete with a king-size bed and a chic ensuite bath featuring a sliding barn door. The spacious second bathroom includes a tub/shower combo, providing ample room for relaxation. The two additional bedrooms are both comfortable and inviting, each furnished with a queen-size bed to ensure a restful night's sleep.
Our favorite room in the house is the bright and cheery Florida room, the perfect spot for your morning coffee or a good book. A private laundry area includes a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.
The large backyard offers plenty of space for outdoor activities and gatherings. Ideally located, the duplex is just 2 miles from Pensacola International Airport and Cordova Mall, with great restaurants nearby. Sacred Heart Hospital is only a mile away, and you’re just 14 miles from the beautiful Pensacola Beach and 20 miles from the stunning Perdido Key and Johnson's Beaches.
This home combines modern updates with a prime location, making it an ideal place to live and enjoy all that the area has to offer.
Guests have full access to the entire A side of the home except for 2 locked closets where supplies are kept.

The house was clean and very well organized. I especially appreciated the kitchen labels reminding us where everything belonged. The owner was very nice and quick to respond to any questions that we had. The check in process was a breeze.The only issue that we had was seeing the turn in to the driveway when we were coming upon it when headed north. That being said, we would definitely book this property again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Kim’s duplex. It is very clean and well thought out with everything you are likely to need during your stay . Excellent location with easy access to north and south Pensacola. It’s located on a relatively street but noise was not an issue . Thanks Kim!

This property was very beautiful! It was just what we needed to relax and yet take care of family business for a couple of days. It was so relaxing we didn’t want to leave. Thank you Kim for every thing and your excellent quick responses. We would definitely love to stay again if ever in the area. Very central location to so much and convenient!
