Cool little tiny house! Had everything I needed in a location close to where I needed to be! Quiet neighborhood!
It was cold out, so I wasn’t looking to use the pool, but the pool definitely needed some TLC.

The location was great! 15 minute drive to Pensacola beach and different shops/stores. 1.5 drive to Destin.
The upstairs was very hot. A small window unit would be beneficial. After letting the fans run and turning the AC down low, it eventually cooled down enough to sleep somewhat comfy-just don’t turn the fans off. The pullout bed mattress 100% needs updated. It was really stained up and has run its course. A good deep clean would be good. There was a lot of spider webs/cob webs.
