Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A cosy three bedroom cottage situated just 4 miles from Wick with all its amenities. Just 1 mile from the beach and on the NC500, this is the perfect place to stay either en route or for a longer stay to explore this rich area. 20 minutes from John o' Groats and a 45 minute ferry to the Orkney Islands, you can see Orcas, Whales and the Northern Lights amongst other natural wonders! Family friendly, spacious and well equipped.
This lovely recently refurbished house forms part of the Old School at Killimster, just 4 miles from Wick and is the original main School House. This once Victorian School sits on a large plot with walled gardens and there is ample parking for cars. In the garden there are areas of hard landscaping, lightly wooded areas and areas with a mixture of plants and shrubs. Views of open countryside and farmland add to the charm of this beautiful and peaceful location with the benefits of being only 5 minutes drive from Wick with all of its amenities including Tesco, Lidl, Boots, a Hospital and of course, many wonderful restaurants and bars serving local produce and Scottish Whiskey!
