About this villa rental
The outdoor spaces are equipped with anti-mosquito system.
Adjacent to the patio is the kitchen, outside the apartments, so the smells and heat of the oven and stove will not disturb your sleep. The kitchen is equipped with electric oven, induction hob with four burners, electric and microwave oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher.
The kitchen is equipped with a system of dispensing smooth microfiltered water and with gas.
All three apartments have a large outdoor parking inside the structure.
The structure as a whole is spread over two levels, each with its own patio and courtyard.
The two apartments on the upper level are composed of:
White House:
double bedroom with fireplace, housed in an original trullo with its characteristic vaulted ceiling, equipped with TV, minibar and dressing room;
bedroom equipped with chest of drawers and bunk beds;
Single bedroom with French bed and a large built-in wardrobe
Complete the solution a windowed bathroom with shower.
The environment can be cooled by an air conditioner placed at the entrance and by one placed in the dressing room adjacent to the bedroom.
The apartment communicates with the lower apartment, La Magnolia, through an internal staircase.

The house is wonderful! We were in nine people and the house was perfect for us. The outside is beautiful, charming and includes the beauty of the Trullo. There is AC in the inside and a modern structure. The bathrooms and the kitchen are completed with tons of different supplies. Other than modern supplies, the kitchen counts with new dishes, cold tap water and even sparkling water! The inside and outside of the house are extremely clean and it keeps the Italian charm and tradition. Fiorenza, the owner of the house, was always careful of our hospitality and was easy to contact. It is clear that the house is well conserved. We were celebrating a special data and Fiorenza and her husband Lino waited for us with Champaigne and wine. The experience of this house will for sure stay in our memories. Grazie mille, Fiorenza and Lino!
