We are offering Bedroom Acacia. This bedroom is on the ground floor. We have a double bed that can also be separated into 2 single beds if needed. In the room there is also a small single bed for a child. Cots are available. There is a private shower room and toilet. Open all year, Gite du Calme offers a bijoux Bed & Breakfast, just 3 rooms in total. There is a communal kitchen with a mini bar and an elegant communal lounge. We are between Cognac and Saintes departments 16 & 17. We have a large garden within the Cognac vineyards, we have a pool, ping pong, trampoline, archery and badminton. We accept dogs, however, we have the last word on what dogs and how many can stay at one time! We are very close to the river Charente and close to all commerce. A wonderful corner of SW France with great fresh food markets, bars, restaurants and shopping. Close to the beaches at Royan and Meschers. Gite du Calme is managed by a family who are private hosts who live and maintains the property all year.
