About this house rental
20 minutes from the beaches and Royan, 10 minutes from the Saujon thermal baths.
Quiet villages, with all shops nearby (bakery, pharmacy, butcher, ...).
Old house, with exposed beams and stones, in a small village.
Composed of 4 bedrooms, possibility of 5th bedroom (on the open landing upstairs), large kitchen with fireplace, large living room, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, 1 fully equipped laundry room, large N.A. plot with outdoor space not adjoining and not fully cloaked (garden furniture, deckchairs, arbour, plancha).
Other remarks
The barbecue is only for the summer as well as the outdoor furniture (table, chair, deckchairs and arbour)
We do not provide sheets, nor household linen (towels and dish towels)i
Cleaning must be done before leaving, even for short stays.
Large dogs over 10 kgs are not accepted
