Come experience a one-of-a-kind Estate located on the highest hill in San Bernardino. Where peace and tranquility are in abundance, you can take a dip in the hilltop pool, which overlooks the entire city, or relax and take in the amazing views.
Located minutes from the SOCAL NOS, Glen Helen Amphitheater, Yaamava, and right in between Los Angeles and Palm Springs. Hiking trails are also nearby.

House Rules:
No Parties. The property accommodates 16 people. There will be an additional charge for guests beyond 16. Unauthorized guests or an unauthorized party will lead to your reservation being terminated without refund. Violations of house rules will be reported which may lead to the deactivation of your account. Unauthorized parties are subject to a $1,000 fee.
Please reach out to your host regarding questions about additional guests.
Pool Information:
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM. Outdoor music must be brought indoors by 10 PM. We ask that guests do not linger in the front yard.
Pool Rules:
• No Lifeguard on Duty.
• No diving due to shallow waters.
• No loud music after 10 PM.
• No food or drinks in the pool.
• No glass in the pool area.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Swim at your own risk.
• Stairs to Pool are steep and contain 35 steps. Use stairs to the pool at your own risk.
• Fire Bowls, Fire Pit, and Pool Heater must be turned off by 10 PM.
The pool can be heated free of charge.
Disclaimer: Homeowners are not liable for any guests injuries such as trips, falls, cuts, etc. By continuing with your stay, occupants release the homeowners of any liabilities.
Smoking is allowed outdoors but not indoors. If the cleaning crew notices smoking indoors, a $500 cleaning charge will be added for the additional cleaning necessary to remove the odors.
For guests staying Sunday night. Trash Pick-up day is on Monday morning at 7 AM. We kindly ask that guests put the trash cans out at the curb Sunday night. Please message host if you would like someone to stop by to take the trash cans out.
