Lovely place

Early check in was lovely and the hostess was so nice and was concerned for my dog who was gettigg bc surgery. I really appreciated the kindness.

The person making breakfast ignored me and pointed to the sign about breakfast time when I asked for something small a couple minutes early. I needed to give my dog meds. Additionally the pet fee is pretty high when no damage is done

The manager lies and the staff at the front counter lied to me and booking .co. for my refund..I booked 4 night stay and before the reservation happened on the 24 of November I e.ailed them about shortening the reservation to 3 nights ..no response from hotel or booking..when I checked in I was told to let them know Friday morning I was checking out early and they would credit my c.c...never happened they refused to approve my credit....so booking cant issue credit because hotel manager refused to approve it..so I got charged for a night I never stayed...never returning to this place..very poor management

It was very convenient. It was close to where I was didn’t have to travel very far just 2 miles from my home.

The only thing I did not like about the property it’s just where I was located. I was located on the side where the 210 freeway is so it’s a little bit noisy but nothing that it was OK.

The property seems new. The hotel is close to a lot of restaurants and stores. It seems to be a good part of town. Our room was huge and clean. They have a bar in the lobby and we didn’t have it but they have breakfast as well.

The property was great

Not the hotel itself but my experience there wasn’t pleasant at about 1:30 AM someone was bangin and yelling at what seem to be our door, after waking up with something like that it’s hard to feel safe and go back to bed so my wife and I decided to leave end our trip early

In my experience, I enjoyed every aspect of staying here. Booking was easy, getting to the hotel was easy, parking was great, there was nothing that I did not like. Everything was great!
