Amazing place and very attentive host. Every room was ready and every detail for a great stay was taken care of. Game room kept the kids and teenagers entretained for hours, pool and spa were amazing. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood. Drove to big bear and holliwood took about an hour to both. Highly recommend the stay. I will definetly stay here again.

5 stars across the board from the parents to all the kids. The hosts thought of everything that we can possibly want or need to have a great weekend getaway. The property was exceptionally clean. There’s plenty of room to give the adults and kids their own space. Kitchen was spacious and well equipped. What an awesome game room. It kept 6 to 15 year olds well entertained. Outdoor living setup was the best. The pool with waterfall and slide was an absolute hit. The spa was so relaxing. Hosts were extremely responsive. This was the best rental experience we’ve had. We will definitely book again. This is how a rental should be!

Just returned from a 4 week stay in Rialto in this fantastic property. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously. On arrival everything was there like coffee / tea / soft drinks in the fridge / cookies / toilet paper etc. If you had a question to Victoria you got an answer within a few minutes and sometimes in the same minute. There was a great heated pool with hot tub including a lovely garden set to rest. After shopping or visiting a park it was great to relax in this property again. We stayed a week and loved the house! Kids played in the pool almost everyday and absolutely loved it! Hosts responded quick to questions and we had zero issues. Home was clean and has a great floor plan! Fun game room and even a little basketball pad my boy loved! We paid a little extra to heat the pool and it was definitely worth it! Good places to eat nearby. Definitely recommend this home to anyone.

This home is beyond amazing. We celebrated my bday with our kids who are in colleges from surrounding area. We spent the weekend at an event at NOS Event Ctr which is a short 10 minute drive. I need emphasize that this home is central to EVERYTHING !! If you forgot anything you will find it within a short 5 minute drive. From clothes, to sports items, costume pieces, movies, nail salons, sit down restaurants to fast food drive thru so so convenient. Gas station and McD’s literally at the end of block. This home provides so much space. Different rooms give privacy when needed or gathering of groups when wanted. Inside and out this house is well accommodating. The bedding, pillows & sheets were so comfortable. Everything in this home was well taken care of, absolutely no wear and tear on any furnishings whatsoever. This is the first home that we found with everything in working order. The host provided prompt response and communicated clearly. She was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this home. This home is next level and deserves a 5 ++++ for location, communication, cleanliness, atmosphere accommodations, centrality, price and over all presence. This home is a one stop meaning you can spend your whole vacation here just chilling on the vibes of the pool, game room & bbq area.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place, wow! The house was beautiful, spacious, cozy, and exactly as described. But the real star of the show is the backyard. My group would have been just as happy spending all day there as much as we were exploring the sights! Victoria and her husband were SO attentive, caring, and always available if needed. You can tell how much effort they put into making you feel so welcome. Grab this space while you can or you’ll regret it!

This was one of my favorite VRBO properties. The pool is gorgeous and perfect for all ages! Note: you have to text hosts to turn on lights/waterslide/jacuzzi but they responded immediately. The house is very clean and modern with soft sheets and large, fluffy towels. There is a full size washer and dryer and they provide detergent as well so laundry is no problem! Note: there is no dishwasher. We didn't even have time to try all of the fun games in the game room! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to California!

We really enjoyed this house. Everything worked great, the pool is AMAZING!! Definitely bring an outside Bluetooth speaker, you’ll want to hang out at the pool and jam all day. Beds were comfortable but master bed is VERY firm. Bring an egg crate, it works great. Was apprehensive about Rialto but this house is in a great neighborhood 1 mile or less from every restaurant and shop you’ll need. The teenagers loved the game room and pool table. Overall this was a great house for the price in that area.

We were in the area for a family wedding & stayed with extended family for a week. The property was lovely & just as the pictures showed. Our hosts, George & Victoria, were gracious & accommodating. Part of our family was from Vermont & there was catastrophic flooding back home. Our hosts were most gracious with our circumstances & we were very grateful! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, backyard & game room. Thank you to George & Victoria!

Oh my gosh, even better than the 49 pictures! Everything lived up to what we hoped. Everybody had a door, and there were lots of different places to be in and around the house. It was our youngest child's graduation from college at Harvey Mudd. Four older children came from Boston, Seattle, and we from Santa Fe. Most wonderful pool and hot tub and pool slide and equipment ever. Great grill, and lots of tables for all our dining and writing and art project ingenuity. We wanted to stay and stay. Excellent sheets and bathrooms and well equipped kitchen. Great communication with Victoria and her team. Super clean. All beauuuutiful

This property is amazing. Looks just like the pictures provided. Victoria and her husband are very attentive and quick to respond. The pool area is breath-taking. My daughter wanted a Hawaiian/luau type pool area and this property was the perfect pick. The waterfall, grotto and water slide were so much fun. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I will be booking in the near future!

My friends and I got this place as a reunion during the New Year's Eve weekend and it was such a great experience. The place was beautiful and had everything that we needed. Communicating with the hosts was very easy and they ensured that we were doing well on our second day. They are the sweetest hosts and the place was one of the most excellent houses ever!

My grandchildren, myself and my whole family really enjoyed the comforts they offer in the very well-equipped house and with everything that it takes care of, we spent our Christmas here and it has been one of the best thanks to our hosts

This house is adorable, my dream home! I hosted a bday weekend with my daughter and a couple of friends, everyone had a great time, the house had many amenities. Instructions were easy to follow, host was extremely accessible. The home had all the necessities. I would love the opporunity to stay again and would recommend to anyone.
