Rundown Construction was going on it was in a area with some homeless ppl around and people walking around at night sketchy

The linen the body towels were the size of 6 wash cloths Tiny as hell only have us 1 for 4 ppl on had to ask for more and it was like asking for money

The thin small petite lady with black hair at the front desk was super nice. She checked me in & out of the room. Not so much the other one though. It's always a good experience here, except this time, one of the housekeepers opened the door to the room while I was in the shower, because she "needed to clean". It was only the next day after checking in that she said "she needed to clean". Didn't make sense because they use to do it every 3 days! Other than that It was ok. The room gets really cold, which is what I really like especially right now in the summer time. Very quiet and peaceful 🫰

Located quick exit from I10. No parking issues. They needed cash deposit instead of card.

It was close to the highway so easy reach. Looks like the hotel has a lot of long term guest. I assume that many of the policies are more suited for the long term guests. They had ice water, hot water and tea etc in the front office that we can access anytime. We used the hot water with our own tea bags that we preferred. I like that they had the hot water facility.

There wasn't anyone in the front office at 7 am when we had to check out /leave. They usually come in at 8 am it seems. So, we dropped the keys in the key box and left. We had to leave for an appointment at 7 am so we checked out and then came back again three hours later just to get the deposit (no card but cash deposit only) back. We called after 8 am and the phone was responded properly. Looks like that is the normal timing for the staff. Nothing unusual for them. But, beware of cash deposit policy and be prepared with cash.

Where the "Rest is Best."

I like everything about this Motel. It's my goto place for quiet relaxation. Nobody bothers, all rooms have great Satellite, microwave works great, and the bed is super comfortable.

What I dont like is my problem. I like to put the hot tub on, and room gets misty.

When I walked into the office the room is tiny and you have to shove your id and credit card in a tray below the surround protecting the clear. That should have been my first clue. They copied DL and Credit card and when I asked them to shred it when I leave they refused! The room was ok but no usb ports. There were druggies out in the parking lot all night. I felt very uncomfortable and couldn't wait to leave in the morning.
