Paradise abounds at this Windmark - Pirates Cove home boasting shared pool access and a fabulous location! When you aren't swimming in the turquoise water, quick trips can be taken to Mexico Beach, the Cape San Blas Lighthouse, and of course Downtown Port St. Joe.
Boasting more than enough space for you and your loved ones, this home features a mother-in-law suite with its own kitchen and living area. The main living space offers a serene spot to gather with its nods at nautical living, comfortable seating area, Smart TV, and full kitchen.
The primary bedroom offers a personal hideaway with its ultra-plush bed, ample storage space, and en suite bathroom. Rinse off the sun every day in the soaking tub or in the walk-in shower.
The home's perks extend into the additional cheerful bedrooms and mother-in-law suite where you'll find a gaming system. Central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer round out the interior amenities.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The unit was nice. Kitchen could have used a few more things- wine glasses come to mind.Masterbed was comfy, but could use new sheets. The sheets were pilled enough to be noticeable. It’s says partial water view- which is true, but it is a ‘long’ view. Close to one of the looks, not heated this time of yr but lovely. We walked to beach almost daily.

Stayed here for 3 nights and we really enjoyed ourselves! The house is super cute and cozy with plenty of space! The pool was beautiful with a boardwalk leading from the pool to the beach. You can walk or drive to the pool, we did both depending on how energetic we were feeling! The walk to the beach over the dunes is a bit tough but it's worth it for the beautiful private beach!
You may want to bring extra towels because there weren't any extras but there is a washer/dryer with 3 pods so we were able to wash some. Port St Joe has some cute shops and restaurants but they close early!
Overall, we had a great time!

We stayed in this property during the week of July 4th with 6 adults and 2 kids. The house was very spacious and fit everyone perfectly. The golf game/game room in the in-law suite was a hit for everyone. The house was decorated very nicely and had a great view!
However, it was not stocked very well for the amount of people it sleeps, we had no hot water in one of the bathrooms and the refrigerator was turned off when we arrived which almost ruined all of our groceries. The house also does not have an outdoor grill which we were told before our stay but I know that can be a dealbreaker for some. We’ve stayed in this community before so we knew a golf cart would be helpful but just for future reference the beach is a pretty far walk especially if you have kids with all the beach toys! All in all we had a great trip and love the WindMark community!

We had an issue at the property, and the local property manager, Alexis, sprung into action and made it right! So glad that Vacasa has such high standards!
