Home to more than six beach access points for visitors and residents, a resort-style community pool with heat, surrounded by lounge chairs, a kid-friendly playground, on-site dining options, and a small general store and bar, you can find everything you need for the perfect family vacation without leaving Windmark Beach! This is the perfect place for unwinding with your favorite beach read or walking or biking along the paved community trails with the ocean breeze in your hair. Don’t forget to end each day of your vacation with a drink on the beach with family and friends while watching world-class sunsets! Enjoy beach walks with your dogs in the fall and winter, or create a warm and enticing beach bonfire to roast marshmallows and get your beach fix year-round! All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The house was a golf cart away from the beach and community pool. Lots of toys and games for the children. Beds were good lots of pillow choices. Newer neighborhood.

For some reason I thought there was a golf cart. I must have confused this home with another listing. A golf cart would have been very nice. Other than that it was great!

We enjoyed our family beach trip!
The convenience of being located right between Port St. Joe and Mexico Beach was a bonus.
The Windmark area also offers its own shops, restaurants and live music on the weekends.
The beach and pool access was more than a “few steps”. You need a golf cart or a vehicle to get there.
Overall it’s an excellent choice. 🏝️

Absolutely loved staying here! We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals but this house and its location was perfect. St Joe is a small, quiet little town which is ideal for anyone looking for a slow paced, relaxing vacation. The house had everything necessary and definitely beats staying in a hotel. It was very clean, spacious and adorably decorated. There were new bikes in the garage which we rode daily to the local shops and to the beach which was about 5 minutes away. Windmark Beach is now one of my favorite beaches ever. We sat and fished from the shore, enjoyed the sunsets and followed them up with bonfires which was exactly what we needed on this getaway. I would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be going back.
