Welcome to Sea Smile, a beautiful 4-bedroom, 3-bath home in the quiet, family-friendly community of Windmark Beach. This home is perfect for multi-families and includes a mother-in-law suite with a private kitchen, sitting area, bedroom and full bathroom. Just a short distance to the community center and the Gulf of Mexico, this charming home offers modern amenities and plenty of extra amenities, including a ping pong table, bikes, and a variety of beach equipment. Enjoy stunning sunset views from the screened-in back patio, or take advantage of the community's pools, playground, boardwalks, dog park, and nearby restaurants and shops. Perfect for a peaceful getaway with family or friends!

Whether you're casting a line for some shore fishing, strolling along the shoreline in search of seashells, splashing in the refreshing saltwater, or simply soaking up the sun, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
Venture into nearby Port St. Joe for a taste of local life with charming shops, delicious restaurants, and convenient grocery stores. Stroll along Reid Avenue in downtown to experience the quaint shops and eateries. Make sure to visit the historical Lighthouse and the Sea Turtle Museum — we love our sea turtles!
Parking: Parking for 3 vehicles. Boats and RVs are not allowed on the property. You must find other arrangements for storage outside of this community.
Pet policy: This home is pet-friendly, and allows up to 2 dogs. If you choose to bring a pet, a charge of $125 plus tax will be added to your reservation after you book.
Security cameras: The exterior of this property is secured by video cameras.
Linens and supplies: All bed and bath linens are supplied, as well as all cookware, dinnerware and glassware in the kitchen. A few essential items are provided upon arrival: Dawn dishwashing soap, one sponge, two dishwasher pods, one garbage bag, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, two individual/small bars of soap per bathroom, one laundry powder and one fabric softener.
Beach gear and recreation equipment: Some of our properties typically have beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.) on site. However, there is no guarantee as these items tend to come and go throughout the year.
Age requirement: Minimum age limit to rent this home is 25 years old.
Credit card fee: All payments are subject to a 3.25% credit card processing fee. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
Rental agreement: A signed rental agreement is required upon booking.
Monthly rentals: SNOWBIRDS WELCOME! Monthly rental rates are available during the winter season, November through early March. Please contact Sunshine Vacation Rentals if you are interested.
Cancellation policy: We strongly encourage our guests to purchase the optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. All reservations include an administrative fee of $35 (plus taxes) upon booking which is non-refundable in the event of a reservation cancellation. Credit cards processing fees will be charged upon cancellation which is equal to 3.25% of all payments made.
Reservations canceled at least 60 days before check-in date will receive a 100% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled between 30 to 60 days before check-in date will receive a 50% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled less than 30 days before check-in date will result in forfeiture of the full advance rental payments and any other payments.

We had a great trip to Windmark Beach. Sea Smile was a wonderful house that is located super close to the pool and beach access. A lot of good restaurants and we loved that it had an in law suite for my parents. They had beach chairs and carts to carry all the beach equipment. We will definitely book this house again!

This was our 2nd year staying at Sea Smile, and we chose to rent it for the 2nd year. Raise last year’s stay was so amazing. This year did not disappoint, either.The home is beautiful and inviting, and the subdivision is gorgeous with lots of amenities and beach access.The hostess is extremely accommodating and very responsive to special requests and goes above and beyond to assist with anything you need. We can’t wait to stay at Sea Smile again next year. It has definitely become our yearly vacation rental!

We have stayed in Windmark several times. This model is the best suited for our needs as the mother in law suite is perfect for our daughter who is handicapped. The unit was well stocked and the bikes were in very good condition to ride. The only issue was our neighbor seemed to be having a family feud. With about 10 people in the house, I guess it was bound to happen.
