About this apartment rental
We welcome you to our Seabrook condo located on the 2nd floor of a secure building at Shore Club with elevator access. The studio offers a balcony overlooking the marsh to view beautiful sunsets. It has been recently renovated with new flooring, paint, bathroom vanity and kitchenette area.
The unit has one queen bed, a twin futon sofa, nicely equipped efficiency kitchenette and full bath. It sleeps 2-3 and comes with 1 parking spot.
Linens, WiFi, and cable TV are included. The kitchenette is stocked with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, Keurig, plates, glasses, and utensils.
Coin laundry is also available on the same floor.
Note this is a NONSMOKING BUILDING and NO PETS are allowed.
Cleaning fee applies to checkout only.
The condo is just a short 5 minute walk to Seabrook NH or Salisbury MA beaches. There are restaurants, ice cream, a mini-mart and Dunkin within walking distance and it is conveniently located just over two miles to Hampton Beach center to the North or Salisbury Beach center to the south.

I thoroughly enjoyed my getaway at this VRBO. I felt that it had everything I needed. I’m familiar with the area, so I knew what was available there. The only thing I would mention is that the refrigerator didn’t seem particularly cold. Otherwise, everything was great and I would love to stay again!

Easy to check in. Easy to check out. Lots of amenities. Close to the ocean. Our host Nicole couldn't have been nicer or more gracious. I'll definitely keep this one on the list if and when I need to be back up that way

Perfect, cozy, quiet getaway overlooking the marsh - lots of birds, beautiful sunsets, colorful sunrises, and even a fireworks display!
