About this cottage rental

Three bedrooms with full size beds and burros. Linens and comforters included. Full kitchen with stove refrigerator, microwave, washer , drier. Full bath with shower. The living room includes a day bed which adds extra sleeping. Flat screen TV . You enter onto a front porch which is all windows and screens. Table, chairs and futon. There is a driveway to the left. Small back yard with picnic table and grille, plus outdoor furniture. Five minute walk to Hamptons main beach and boardwalk. Note that dureing a full moon the water will flood the street a few inches at high tide. Recommended to move you cars at this time.

I rented this house for family that came in from Syracuse N.Y.They were very impressed with the location and the cleanliness of the home. The weather could not have been more perfect!! They may want to come back next year.
