It’s little too far to walk to beach. It’s not 2 mins walk to beach. Approx 10 mins. You have walk one block then walk up sand path and down to the beach shore. The condo is nice and neat. The livingroom is really hot even though they have fan on the wall doesn’t help. Suggest to install A/C on the wall for livingroom. Furnitures seem too much around the livingroom to make crowd.

Perfect spot for a getaway. It was a few minute walk to the beach, very clean and very friendly. Highly recommend.

I want to start by saying how good of an experience we had with the property manager. His responses were always very prompt and he was very kind. The condo is well stocked with anything you could think of.. travel soaps & shampoo, travel toothbrushes, trash bags, Ziploc bags, etc etc. The cons for us were: There is only one air conditioner and it is in the bedroom. Unfortunately, I didn't see a review that mentioned this until we were basically on our way to vacation. Upon arrival, it was a hot day at the end of July and the condo was sweltering. It took all day to get it to cool down even remotely. We had 4 fans going in the living room and the AC with the bedroom door open. It did eventually cool off to a more comfortable temperature (after a thunderstorm passed and we opened the windows) but it was not ever cold or even cool.
For other reviewers, the bar next door was not a huge problem. I took my chances with this because we knew about it from other reviews. In our opinion, though, it was definitely bothersome. That on top of the car/motorcycle noise out front, we didn't have quiet at night until about 1 or 2am.
Lastly, if you are looking to be in the thick of it, this condo is about a 10 minute walk to the playground. For us, too far. I didn't think it would be that bad but we have 2 little ones and they liked the playground so that is where we usually set up camp for the day.
All in all, the condo was clean and well stocked. The property manager was wonderful. The location, however unfortunately was a deal breaker for us.
