About this apartment rental
The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. Public beach access, nightlife, restaurants and bay are all between 25 meter to 160 meter walk. Enjoy South Padre Island to the fullest. Enjoy the seasonal fireworks display from the property without having to leave the property or worry about parking. The condo features 4 queen sized beds and a day bed that sleep a total of 10 people comfortably. Beach, sun and fun could not be anymore convenient.
The space
Top floor has a balcony exclusive to top-floor guests. Entrance is keypad-entry. Living room is the first room as you walk in with a wall-mounted smart TV. The living room has two couches and a day bed/sofa sleeper that has an additional bed that rolls out from underneath.
Next room is a fully functional kitchen with electric stove, microwave, fridge, and Keurig coffee maker.
Down the hall, first door to the left is the first full bathroom with fresh towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and 2 rolls of toilet paper.
At the end of the hall, you have the guest bedroom on the right with 2 queen-sized beds. On the left, you have the main bedroom, also with 2 Queen-sized beds and another full bathroom.
This unit is very spacious and completely remodeled.
The pool is great for everyone to cool off from the hot sun and relax. It’s approximately 5’ deep at its deepest, and offers shallow area that’s perfect depth for the kids! We have some grills, and outdoor games like giant connect four, corn hole, and giant jenga as well as some outdoor furniture. We turn on the pool heater in the winter so that the water is at a comfortable temperature.
Guest access
The property has two units. Top floor and balcony are exclusively for top-floor guests. Back yard is a common area for both units. BBQ pit is available upon request and will be available downstairs in the backyard and/or underneath the balcony.

This place was conveniently near everything to do (2-5min) to the beach, our Kamotion Cruise, fun shops, and all the fun stuff to do. Couldnt have asked for a better place. Pool was AMAZING & CLEAN. We even got a fireworks show view from it the night of my daughters birthday! Outside was lit beautifully at night for us to enjoy at all hours. Only down part were the family games we were looking for to play werent there due to previous visitors messing them up and I wish we would have been informed before hand. However, the owner was extremely attentive and extremely nice and it definitely didnt take away from the greatness of the place. It had plenty of sleep room and was very tidy and cozy for all 5 of us. We will definitely be back and have already shared location with family to check out when they visit South Padre. Thanks again for a great stay!!!

Property was great! It was big enough for our family that consisted of grandparents and 2 families with small children. Loved the pool area/bbq area. We spent most of our time there. The pool had a shallow end for our little ones. The condo came with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Host was quick to respond any and all questions we had. Looking to book again for our next family vacation!

Our stay was wonderful. Quite neighborhood. Clean accommodations. Heated pool. Well maintained backyard. Very short walk to the beach. You will need to bring some of your own essentials. We ran short on TP and the kitchen was MOSTLY stocked but we still needed some napkins and some more cutlery for our slightly large group of 6. There was no sponge for the kitchen sink and we only had 1 trash bag available for a week long stay,but nothing at all outrageous really.

The house was great and communication with the owner was awesome. Needed more utensils for everyone to eat. Plenty of plates and bowls but lacked cups and silverware for everyone.
