There were some issues when we arrived that the property owner was not aware of. He responded to texts and rectified the issues quickly. The location was easy to find. The toys under the stairs for sand castles were used and appreciated. The pool table was appreciated and enjoyed by all. The size of the property upstairs was great and family enjoyed the space.
The small shower's door in the jack n Jill doesnt close properly. Water gets all over floor, and that was relayed to the owner. The crew that replaced the broken microwave while we were in house, checked the issue and would hopefully fix it after we left. The doors on the jack and jill should have locks. the window in the master bathroom should have a covering so you dont have to leave the shower door open to block the street view. The back patio wasnt visited by our group until the last nite, but with it being summer, an umbrella or two would allow you to use the space more during the day. too hot otherwise.

The property owner was very responsive to our questions. The place was spacious and comfortable for our party of 5. The pool table was a very nice perk. It was literally a "short walk to the beach"(about 2-3 min) plus less than a block from the main drag with lots of restaurants and activities to keep you busy when not on the beach.
We really had no complaints.

Everything was great about the house. The pool table hit the spot. We had plenty of room to play games with the kids.
The beds are our only complaint. All the beds need to be replaced. All 8 of us would wake up with back pain, and we don't suffer from back pain. One bed had a big hole in the middle, others we could feel the springs.
